Abstract

E-Office Tabalong merupakan aplikasi absensi online berbasis mobile yang digunakan oleh Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) kabupaten Tabalong, selain berfungsi sebagai absensi, aplikasi ini juga digunakan untuk memudahkan rekapitulasi data secara sistematis. Karena merupakan aplikasi baru, tentunya aplikasi ini mendapat banyak tanggapan dari para penggunanya sehingga perlu ada evaluasi usability. Untuk dapat mengukur tingkat kenyamanan pengguna, kelayakan aplikasi, dan antarmuka aplikasi maka dilakukan pengujian usability, dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis user experience dalam penggunaan aplikasi E-Office Tabalong. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode sepuluh heuristic Nielsen. Metode ini sering digunakan untuk sistem evaluasi software komputer ataupun aplikasi mobile berbasis pengguna. Metode ini melibatkan evaluator untuk memberikan masukan kemudian dikategorikan dalam prinsip-prinsip heuristik. Evaluasi heuristic banyak digunakan pada perancangan dengan jangka waktu singkat dan dana yang terbatas. Dari hasil pengukuran menunjukkan terdapat masalah severity rating dengan level Kategori major usability problem dengan poin akhir 2,61 yang diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai secara keseluruhan pada semua aspek usability yang diteliti.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah membawa perubahan besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam pengelolaan penggajian pada usaha kecil dan menengah. Toko Sembako Adrian Jaya Lubis yang berlokasi di Kota Tangerang Selatan sebelumnya masih mengandalkan sistem penggajian manual yang sering mengalami kesalahan pencatatan dan kurang efisien dari segi waktu. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan implementasi sistem penggajian berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses perhitungan gaji, pembuatan slip gaji secara otomatis, serta penyimpanan data penggajian secara sistematis dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas operasional di toko, serta wawancara dengan pemilik usaha sebagai sumber data utama. Kebutuhan sistem yang diperoleh kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi pemrograman web seperti PHP dan MySQL, serta dirancang dengan antarmuka pengguna yang responsif menggunakan framework Bootstrap. Sistem ini hanya dapat diakses oleh admin toko, dengan pengamanan data melalui sistem login berbasis autentikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work discipline, work ethics, and work environment on job satisfaction, as well as their effect on employee performance among employees of the East Kutai Regency DPRD. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive format, utilizing a saturated sampling technique on a population of 101 employees. Data were collected through fieldwork research and library research. The findings reveal that work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, while work ethics shows a positive but insignificant effect. The work environment significantly enhances job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction significantly influences performance, as do work discipline, work ethics, and work environment. Notably, work discipline positively impacts performance through job satisfaction, while work ethics has a positive but insignificant effect through job satisfaction. The study's limitations include the relatively small sample size and focus on a specific population, which may limit the generalizability of the results to broader contexts. Organizations should focus on improving work discipline and the work environment to enhance job satisfaction, ultimately boosting employee performance. This research contributes to understanding the relationships between work discipline, work ethics, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance, particularly within the context of local government institutions in Indonesia.
