Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Sufyan Tsauri selanjutnya disingkat STAIS telah menerapkan Teknologi Informasi (TI) pada kegiatan organisasinya yang merupakan salah satu aspek penting dari tata kelola organisasi secara keseluruhan, namun belum melakukan pengukuran sampai tingkat mana kematangan infrastruktur TI yang dimiliki. Maka dari itu STAIS perlu melakukan tata kelola TI, Kemudian peneliti menggunakan framework COBIT 5 agar penggunaan sumberdaya TI secara maksimal. Peneliti memakai COBIT 5 karena framework tersebut merupakan framework yang banyak digunakan dalam tata kelola TI dan terbilang masih baru meski sekarang sudah ada yang terbaru yaitu COBIT 2019. COBIT 5 juga mampu menangani ketergantungan organisasi terhadap TI eksternal dan jumlah informasi yang telah meningkat secara signifikan (Hidayat, Ahmad Tri, 2018). Berdasarkan tujuan organisasi yang ada yaitu tercapainya hasil penyelenggaraan perguruan tinggi dalam pengembangan organisasi dan manajemen perguruan tinggi yang kredibel, akuntabel, transparan dan adil melalui penerapan good governance berbasis teknologi informasi. Maka dalam penelitian ini mengambil domain yang digunakan sesuai dengan tujuan adalah: (1) EDM (Evaluated,Direct and Monitor) yaitu: EDM04 sedangkan pada domain (2) APO (Align Plan And Organis) yaitu: APO01, APO03, APO04, APO07. (3) BAI (Build Acquire and Implement) yaitu: BAI04, BAI09, BAI10. (4) DSS (Deliver Service and Support) yaitu: DSS01, DSS03. (5) MEA (Monitor Evaluate and Assess) yaitu: MEA01.

Abstract

The tourism sector plays a vital role in boosting Indonesia's economy, with numerous attractive destinations. Along with the rapid development of information technology, this sector faces a significant opportunity for transformation through the implementation of mobile-based digital systems. CV Animedia Tour, a company providing travel services, faces challenges with limited promotional reach and a manual reservation system that hinders operational efficiency. This research aims to design a mobile-based information system that can enhance marketing efficiency and user convenience. This system allows customers to easily access information, make bookings, and receive updates on the latest travel offers. The methodology used in this research is prototyping, which involves several stages such as interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The results of the evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) show that the application is well-received by users, with an average score of 72.5, indicating a high level of usability. The implementation of this system not only improves operational efficiency but also expands market reach and increases customer satisfaction. Moving forward, the company should continue to develop the application based on user feedback to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.

Abstract

Advances in information technology require vocational school students to possess strong digital literacy skills and be aware of their psychological well-being. This community service activity was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah Karangpucung as part of the TMMD program, a collaboration between Al-Irsyad University Cilacap (UNAIC) and the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI). This program aims to improve digital literacy understanding and introduce the use of website-based psychological analysis technology with the Naive Bayes algorithm. This algorithm functions to process student psychological assessment data and classify them into interest and talent categories based on the highest probability, so that the results obtained are more measurable and objective. Based on the pretest evaluation, only 30% of students correctly understood their interests and talents based on self-assessment. After participating in digital literacy socialization and training on the use of the Naive Bayes-based psychological analysis system, posttest scores increased to 90% of students who had identified their interests and talents based on the recommendations of the system analysis results. This indicates a significant increase in students' understanding of scientific interest and talent mapping assisted by digital technology. This activity serves as a concrete example of synergy between universities, defense institutions, and vocational schools in building an educational ecosystem that is adaptive to technology and supports ongoing monitoring of students' psychological well-being.
