Abstract

The condition of competition in the world of education, especially vocational high school education has begun to be felt by every vocational school. The problem faced by the Muhammadiyah Kalianda Vocational School at this time is the competition between Vocational Schools, especially State Vocational Schools which in accepting new students tend to accept new students with a large number of class capacities so that the choice to go to private schools is very small, including SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kalianda, therefore for survival Private school life must be able to compete in a healthy manner with regard to facilities, prices and strategic locations in providing satisfaction to students. This study is to analyze the behavior of students in choosing Vocational High School (SMK) Muhammadiyah1 Kalianda, and aims to determine the effect of facilities, prices and location either partially or simultaneously on student satisfaction at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kalianda. The research was carried out using a quantitative survey method of student satisfaction at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kalianda. The population used in this study were students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kalianda totaling 220 students. Sampling using the Slovin formula with a standard error of 10% = 69 samples. Sampling in this study was carried out using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, which is a technique used when the population has members/elements that are not homogeneous and stratified proportionally. Abstract

The village of Sukaraja, South Lampung, faces challenges in improving the economic and social welfare of its community. The innovation of a digital library was introduced as a solution to overcome the limitations of access to information and education. This study aims to examine the impact of the digital library on the economic and social progress in Sukaraja Village. The research methodology includes observations, interviews, and surveys of the village residents. The research results show that the digital library has increased literacy, provided access to economic information, and supported social activities. The implementation of the digital library has encouraged the enhancement of residents' skills and knowledge, contributing to the economic and social development of the village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Pesepsi Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen Toko SAP Kalianda Lampung Selatan, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk wardah pada Toko SAP Kalianda Lampung Selatan, sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 120 responden, uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik, analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (H1) Nilai thitung 10,203 > ttabel 1.289 artinya Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. (H2) Nilai thitung 5,180 > ttabel 1.289 artinya Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (H3) Nilai thitung 6,045 > ttabel 1.289 artinya Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (H4) nilai fhitung 162,497 > Ftabel 2,69 artinya Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Pesepsi Harga secara simultan berpengaruh positf terhadap keputusan pembelian Kosmetik Wardah Pada Toko Sap kalianda Lampung Selatan. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Pesepsi Harga secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Kosmetik Wardah Pada Toko Sap kalianda Lampung Selatan.

Abstract

The quality of human resources in the academic world highly depends on the ability to write scientific papers and professionally manage academic journals. At STAI Yasba Kalianda, academic writing skills and Open Journal System (OJS) management remain challenging. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide training in academic writing and OJS management to improve the quality of scientific publications at STAI Yasba Kalianda. The implementation method includes lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice on OJS usage. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test using the Moodle application in the form of an online quiz to measure participants' comprehension improvement. The results of this activity indicate a 40% increase in understanding, demonstrating that the training effectively enhances the academic capacity of participants. Through this training, it is expected that students and lecturers of STAI Yasba Kalianda will become more active in writing and managing academic journals professionally.
