Abstract

Malnutrition in infants is caused by the increasing nutritional needs of infants. Breast engorgement is influenced by the frequency of the mother to breastfeed, the duration of breastfeeding, the initiation of early breastfeeding, static breastfeeding, the initial experience of breastfeeding. Breast engorgement is often experienced by the mother due to sore or sore nipples. Approximately 57% of breastfeeding mothers reported having experienced blisters on their nipples (Soetjiningsih, 2012). To prevent breast engorgement due to breast milk damages and accelerate the lactation process, breast care can be carried out. In addition, there are non-pharmacological drugs, namely the provision of purslane leaves for the smooth production of breast milk. With the provision of purslane leaves, it is a suitable means of partnering problems. In the end, it is hoped that it can help improve the understanding of postpartum mothers in overcoming problems in overcoming smooth production to prevent breast engorgement. Keyword : purslane leaves, breast care, smooth milk production.

Abstract

Stunting termasuk dalam fokus program prioritas pembangunan kesehatan. Berdasarkan data dari Profil Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2017 persentase balita usia 0-59 bulan menurut status gizi dengan indeks TB/U Di Indonesia sebesar 9,80% untuk balita sangat pendek dan 19,80% untuk balita pendek. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surakarta, pada tahun 2018 prevalensi kejadian stunting sebesar 2,8 % dari 15191 anak. Tingginya prevalensi balita stunting di Indonesia diperlukan upaya promotif dan preventif dalam penanggulangan stunting salah satunya dengan membuat media berbasis android. Perlu adanya penelitian terbaru terkait desain aplikasi stunting sebagai sebagai media promosi kesehatan untuk ibu yang memiliki balita lebih praktis dan fleksibel untuk digunakan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah menghasilkan desain aplikasi sebagai media promosi kesehatan pada ibu yang memiliki balita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan level 1. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar kuisioner untuk ahli materi dan ahli media. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media adalah sangat layak (86,5%). Desain aplikasi “Gosting” memiliki desain yang sederhana dan menarik sehingga mudah dipahami. Menu utama terdapat menu info “stunting” dan menu kalkulator status gizi. Materi pada aplikasi ini berupa informasi mengenai stunting, penyebab, penanggulangan, dan yang berkaitan dengan terjadinya stunting.

Abstract

Nurse is a profession that has responsibility for the condition of patients and provides nursing services independently or in groups in the health sector, this can cause a workload. Workload is something that arises from the interaction between the demands of tasks and the work environment. The negative impact of the workload is the nurse's communication with other people. Communication is an important aspect that must be owned by nurses in carrying out nursing care. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between workload and the implementation of interpersonal communication between IGD and ICU nurses. This study uses an analytic observational design with a cross sectional approach. This research is conducted on 44 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling total sampling design. Spearmen rank test data analysis test to determine the relationship between workload and the implementation of interpersonal communication between IGD and ICU nurses. The results of the spearmen rank test show that there is a moderate degree of correlation and forms a negative relationship between workload and interpersonal communication. The results show that the P Value is 0.003 (<0.05) with a correlation value of -0.433. This shows that the higher the workload the less interpersonal communication is done. For further researchers, it is possible to involve patients as respondents in research so that they can strengthen the results of the interpersonal communication questionnaire.
