Abstract

Educational technology is a complex and integrated process that involves people, procedures, ideas, tools and organizations to analyze problems related to all aspects of human learning, and then plan, implement, assess and manage problem-solving efforts. Educational technology is the application of scientific knowledge in learning so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently, which are not only limited to tools and goods or hardware but also software, and brainware. The educational technology area includes design, development, utilization, management and assessment. Educational technology plays a role in increasing educational productivity, providing educational possibilities that are more individual in nature, providing a more scientific basis for learning, increasing learning abilities by expanding the range of presentation, enabling more intimate learning, enabling the distribution of quality education.

Abstract

The current era of 4.0 requires children to be able to develop faster. In this case, the ability of the teacher must also be in line with the development of the times in educating children. In the 22nd century, the era of globalization is growing, this also provides that the material that students will learn is growing, besides that there are also how the learning methods and the behavior of students are. Using the development of technology, the infrastructure used to support the teaching and learning process is also growing. The millennial generation now requires children to be more active and creative, and being a teacher must have the ability to guide the child and adjust and keep pace with the times and have a good way of teaching and carrying material so that it will be easily understood by students.

Abstract

This paper describes the instrument validity for digital learning resources for coastal areas based digital in the elementary school by using Aiken's V analysis. The purpose of the research is to develop an instrument that can be seen as the validity for every instrument item to obtain information about the need for digital-based coastal area disaster learning resources in elementary schools. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research method. Instrument design and validation were carried out in three stages; (a) literature review, (b) instrument draft design, and (c) qualitative and quantitative rater review of the instrument. Content validity is validated using the V Aikens coefficient. The content validity coefficient is measured by 8 raters based on the assessment results. It is assessed based on certain scales, which consisted of strongly agree (scale 4), agree (scale 3), disagree (scale 2), and strongly disagree (scale 1). The research results indicate that aspect 1, with four instrument items, is in the high category. For aspect 2, three instruments are in the high category. Aspect 3 with three instruments is in the moderate category. For aspect 4, two instruments are in the moderate category. Aspect 5 with three instruments is in the moderate category. In aspect 5, there are two high-category instrument items and three medium-category instrument items. It is concluded that out of the 22 items of needs analysis, in general, it was valid. Nevertheless, several instrument items needed to be reviewed, namely on the editorial aspect of the statement.

Abstract

Sailing through the 21st century, integrating technology into the classroom has become necessary. To ensure successful learning, educators need effective tools that can boost motivation and support student engagement. One of these tools is Quizizz. This research aims to contribute to the thriving research on technology use in education by investigating the role of Quizizz in learning. Employing qualitative design, the method used is library research, which involved reviewing and analyzing existing literature related to Quizizz and its use in educational settings. The research concludes that the Quizizz plays a considerable role in the learning process today. It is one of the most appropriate and relevant applications used in learning, particularly for evaluation. Interactive and fun learning experience, active student engagement, instant feedback, and learning personalization are some of the factors that make Quizizz a very powerful tool to increase student learning motivation and interest, which naturally also results in the improvement of learning achievement. Moreover, Quizizz's features can also help develop the 21st century skills that are essential for students to have today, particularly critical thinking, communication, and collaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of LKPD (Learner Worksheet) based on local wisdom. Indonesian local character is important to be taught to students including through teaching materials in the form of LKPD based on local wisdom that can be used as a reference in the learning process. LKPD is one of the teaching materials in which there are all the basic activities carried out by students which aim to maximise understanding and formation of basic abilities in accordance with the indicators of competency achievement. The research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the research design of the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model research design. This research was conducted at SDN 189 Pekanbaru. The research subjects were 20 fourth grade students. This research uses quantitative data analysis. Descriptive statistical data collection techniques were carried out as well as observation, interviews and evaluation tests at the end of the cycle. The results of cycle I to cycle II have increased significantly with a passing percentage of 75%, and 35% of students whose scores have not met the KKM standard, it can be seen that the learning outcomes of students in social studies learning through the application of local wisdom-based LKPD learning media have increased. The average of students increased from the initial reflection of 62.25 with the highest score of 80 and the lowest score of 35 to 74.00, with the highest score of 90 and the lowest score of 40 in cycle I although it was not in accordance with the KKM that had been determined when cycle II experienced an increase of 80.00 with the highest score of 90 and the lowest score of 55.

Abstract

The Inspirational Seminar "Becoming a Great Teacher in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0" organised by Riau University's Collaborative Community Service (KKN) team was an important step in supporting the professional development of teachers in an era influenced by technological developments. The event focused on the integration of technology in learning, innovative methods, and collaboration with local education communities. The seminar attracted more than 50 participants, including teachers from various levels of education. The speakers, including Dr Non Syafriafdi S.Pd M.Pd, provided insights and concrete solutions related to current educational challenges. The result was positive encouragement for teachers to better deal with change and improve students' learning experiences. The seminar is expected to have a lasting impact on education in the Tapung Makmur, Tanah Tinggi and Kijang Jaya areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah layanan bimbingan klasikal berpengaruh terhadap Pengambilan keputusan karir siswa tingkat SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. menggunakan  metode eksperimen dengan desain one grup pre test-post test , dengan rancangan satu kelompok subjek. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran skala pengambilan keputusan karir yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 25. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat Pengambilan keputusan karir siswa sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan bimbingan klasikal. Kemudian didapat pengaruh layanan bimbingan klasikal terhadap Pengambilan keputusan karir siswa dengan perolehan kontribusi sebesar 36% sisanya 64% dipengaruhi  oleh faktor faktor lainnya seperti pengaruh media lain, teman sebaya, dukungan orangtua, kestabilan emosi, kontrol diri, dan perencanaan karir.

Abstract

Burnout merupakan sebagai suatu kondisi kelelahan emosional, lelah mental dan fisik yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam jangka waktu yang lama dengan tuntutan yang meningkat sehingga mengakibatkan munculnya rasa letih, cemas, jenuh, dan hilangnya motivasi untuk melakukan sesuatu. Burnout tidak memandang dimana seseorang tersebut bertempat tinggal, seperti realitanya dilapangan bahwa burnout terjadi pada siswa kelas XII yang boarding school dan siswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat burnout siswa kelas XII yang boarding school dan siswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan tingkat burnout siswa ditinjau dari tempat tinggal yaitu di asrama dengan di rumah bersama orang tua. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi komparatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XII dengan sampel 81 siswa yang terdiri dari 36 siswa boarding school dan 45 siswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran skala burnout yang setelahnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji beda Independent T-Test dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS versi 24. Hasil uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh mean 80,78 pada siswa yang boarding school dan 74,00 pada siswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua. Dengan nilai sig. 2 tailed sebesar 0,007 sehingga nilai < 0,05 maka Ha di terima dan Ho di tolak yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat burnout siswa kelas XII yang boarding school dengan siswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua.
