<![CDATA[AbstrakTindak pidana narkotika dapat diartikan dengan suatu perbuatan yang melanggar ketentuan-ketentuan hukum narkotika, dalam hal ini Undang-Undang No. 35 Tahun 2009 dan ketentuan-ketentuan lain yang termasuk dan atau tidak bertentangan dengan undang-undang tersebut.
