Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at CV. Bagus Agriseta Mandiri Batu. The purpose of this study was to find out how to use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to reduce the level of damage to apple jenang production on CV. Bagus Agriseta Mandiri Batu. This variable uses quality control, statistical process control (SPC), and product damage. Data collection methods using literature study and documentation. The sample used is the data of the number of production and the number of defects in May 2018. The data analysis uses check sheets, histograms, p control maps, and pareto diagrams. The Statistical Process Control (SPC) method to control the quality of apple jenang production shows that there is still a production defect which is shown on the control chart that there is a point that is outside the control limit. The types of production defects are mostly caused by dirty (34.38%), and water contamination by (25%).Keywords: Quality Control, Statistical Process Control, Product Damage

Abstract

AbstractThis research is used to analyze and determine the effect of training, employee service and employee work loyalty to employe work productivity on PT Karya Giri Palma. The method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were employees of PT Karya Giri Palma.The result indicate that the variables of training, employee service and work loyalty simultaneously affected the work productivity of employees. This is indicated by value Fhitung > Ftabel. The training variable is known partially does not have a significant effect on employee work produvtivity. As well as employee service variables that partially do not significantly influence employee productivity. Whereas the employee work loyalty variable partially has a significant effect on employee productivity.Keyword : training, employee service, work loyalty, work produktivity

Abstract

Abstract             This study aims to examine the influence of celebrities who support consumer buying interest in Magnum ice cream products in students of the Faculty of Business Economics, University of Isalam Malang. The population in the study was 250, and a sample of 71 respondents was taken based on the Slovin formula. Technique data by distributing questionnaires. While the data analysis used the validity and reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test and T test. The results showed that the validity test was declared valid with a calculated r value greater than r table, namely 0.23 and the reliability of the test was declared reliable with a Cronbach alpha value of more than 0.6. Then the normality test obtained a significance value of 0.833 which is greater than 0.05, so it is normally distributed. The simple linear regression test results of the regression equation Y = 1.371 + 0.615X show that the celebrity endors variable (X) increases, it will also cause an increase in the consumer interest variable (Y). whereas in the test, the t count value of 5.322 is greater than t table 1.667 and the sig value of 0.000 is less than 0.005, thus variable X has a positive and significant effect on variable Y.Keywords: Product Quality, Celebrity Endorse, Purchase Interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Assets, Net Profit Margins, and Earning Per Share on stock prices in manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in the 2014-2018 period. The independent variables used in this study are Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin, and Earning Per Share. While the dependent variable is the Stock Price. The sample in this study consisted of 19 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period that were selected based on certain criteria using a purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS. The results of the study using the t test concluded that partially the ROA and EPS variables had a significant positive effect on stock prices, while the NPM variable had a negative effect on stock prices.Keywords : Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Stock Price

Abstract

Abstract               This research aims to: a) To know and analyze partially product type (X1), product size (X2), product packaging (X3) to consumer saturation level (Y) on Indomie instant noodle product. B) to know and analyze simultaneously product type (X1), product size (X2), product packaging (X3) to consumer saturation level on Indomie instant noodle product. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The source of this research data is the spread of questionnaires (Questionnaire) to the consumer indomie in students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang. The data used are primary and secondary data. This analyst is done by using SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that product type (X1), product size (X2), product packaging (X3) have an effect on consumer saturation level (Y).                Keywords: Product type, Product Size, product packaging and consumer saturation level.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect ofsimultaneous and partial influence of service to the satisfaction of hospitalUniversity in Malang.The population used in this study were all 111 class nurse patients inIslamic University hospital Malang. Sample selection using slovin folmulas.Basedon kereteria, obtained 61 respondents who are samples in this research. Methodused in this research using regression method linear multiple.Based on the results of the analysis can be put forward some conclusionsas follows: 1) Simultaneous direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness,assurance, and attention have an effect on patient satisfaction in hospital ofIslamic University Malang. 2) Partially direct evidence have a positive significanteffect on patient satisfaction in Islamic University hospital Malang. 3) Secarapartial reliability has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction inhospital Malang University. 4) Secara partial response has a significant positiveeffect on patient satisfaction in Islamic University hospital Malang. 5) Partiallyguarantee has a siginificant in Islamic University hospital Malang. 6) Secarapartial attention has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction in hospitalIslamic Malang University.Keywords: direct evidence, reliability, response, assurance, attention and patientsatisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTQueues we often encounter in everyday life. Someone is required to wait, basically waiting is an activity or activity that requires time and is usually less pleasant, especially if the queue is long and long in getting service. Every company makes its own method so that customers or customers don't wait too long. In terms of service, the queuing system is an important factor because it is one measure of the efficiency of a business service. The use of the queue model can help the management in designing the operational system in this case is the teller, so that the quality of the service becomes optimal.This study is intended to analyze the effectiveness of the theory and queuing model, as well as the efficiency of the service by using this theory. Data sources were obtained from direct observations at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) KK UNISMA. In this study using multiple line queue system analysis (M / M / S). the results of this study indicate that queuing system performance is less optimal because of the low level of facility utilization and low teller activity level. Keywords: Service efficiency, tellers, queuing theory, multiple paths (M/M/S)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Atmosphere on Customer Loyalty with Consumer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who have come to Café Kosulas Lawang for one month. This study uses a path analysis model method. The results of this study indicate that service quality and brand image have a direct effect on customer satisfaction, the atmosphere has no direct effect on customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a direct effect on consumer loyalty. Service quality and brand image have an indirect effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction, while the atmosphere has a direct effect on consumer loyalty without going through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of discounts, promotions and service quality on purchasing decisions on consumers using BO Production photo services. Which is located at Jl. Gajayana alley 1 No.760, Merjosari District, Malang City, East Java. The method used is explanatory research that aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing Likert scale ciliaries to consumers using BO Production photo services. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 80 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of discount, promotion and service quality simultaneously influence and service quality partially affect purchasing decisions.Keywords: discounts, promotions, service quality and purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of buying interest in mediating brand image and product placement on purchasing decisions. The sample of this research is Scarlett Whitening users who are in Malang City with the criteria of having watched the Korean drama Today's Webtoon. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique totaling 80 respondents. The data analysis method is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative analysis was performed using SmartPLS. In this study get the result that. Brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention, product placement has a significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a significant effect on purchase decisions, product placement has no significant effect on purchase decisions, purchase intention has a significant effect on purchase decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchase decisions through interest purchase, product placement has no significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest
