Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was quantitative research involving the variable lifestyle, knowledge level, reference group, and decision to purchase. Data of the research was collected through interview, observations and get 55 respondents of the customers of PT. Sun Star Motor Kediri . Data was then analyzed using multiple linier regression using SPSS for Windows.The result of multiple linier regression analyses showed that Y= -2.663+ 0,305 + 0,391  + 0,472  + e. Based research findings it can be concluded that there is influence between lifestyle, knowledge level, and reference group to the decision to purchasesimultaneously or partially. Then PT. Sun Star Motor Kediri needs to implement strategic steps towards matters relating to variables that influence consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: lifestyle, knowledge level, reference group, and decision to purchase

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at CV. Bagus Agriseta Mandiri Batu. The purpose of this study was to find out how to use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to reduce the level of damage to apple jenang production on CV. Bagus Agriseta Mandiri Batu. This variable uses quality control, statistical process control (SPC), and product damage. Data collection methods using literature study and documentation. The sample used is the data of the number of production and the number of defects in May 2018. The data analysis uses check sheets, histograms, p control maps, and pareto diagrams. The Statistical Process Control (SPC) method to control the quality of apple jenang production shows that there is still a production defect which is shown on the control chart that there is a point that is outside the control limit. The types of production defects are mostly caused by dirty (34.38%), and water contamination by (25%).Keywords: Quality Control, Statistical Process Control, Product Damage

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research is based on the tight competition of electronic products in the form of mobile phones with. As well as how the company can survive in determining the position B and get the spotlight from consumers (especially Samsung products). This study aims to (1) find out and analyze the influence of the simultaneous brand image and word of mouth on the Samsung mobile purchasing decision process and (2) to find out and analyze the influence of partial brand image and word of mouth on the purchase decision of Samsung mobile phones. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Management Department and obtained 82 respondents with technical testing of validity, reliability, t test and F test processed into the regression equation as follows: Y = 3.315 + 0.449 + 0.332 + e. Where is the brand image variable as X1, word of mouth as X2 and purchase decision as variable Y. The results show that there is a significant influence both partially and simultaneously brand image and word of mouth variables on the purchase decision of Samsung brand mobile phones.  Keywords : Brand Image, Word Of Mouth and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this study are 1) to know and analyze the impact of services quality to patient loyalty of hospital in region unit of Kanjuruhan Kepanjen. 2) To know and analyze the impact of services quality to patient satisfaction in the hospital as the intervening variable. 3) To know and analyze the impact of patient satisfaction to patient loyalty in the hospital. This is quantitative research and using survey to collect the data. The samples are taken by using purposive sampling with total 82 respondents.The result of this study showed that: 1) The services quality took effect positively and significantly to patient loyalty in the hospital of Kanjuruhan Kepanjen  region unit. 2) The positive and significant quality was taken effect to the patient satisfaction in the hospital. 3) The patient satisfaction was taken effect positively and significantly to patient loyalty in the hospital. Keywords: Services Quality, Patient Satisfaction, and Patient Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on research carried out with the aim of analyzing the influence of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions on consumer eiger bags for boarding students in dinoyo village, amounting to 374 people. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling in which the technique is to select samples based on class. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. These results indicate that brand image, product quality and price influence purchasing decisions. brand image has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, and Price has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the this study: 1) To understand and analyze the brand image, product quality and price as simultaneous factorsbefore Nike shoes’ purchase decision on Faculty of Economic and Business in Islamic University of Malang’s colleger. 2) To understand and analyze the brand image, product quality and price as partial factors before Nike shoes’ purchase decision on Faculty of Economic and Business in Islamic University of Malang’s colleger. The sampling method used in this study are known as Purposive Sampling, and are supported by 95 colleger respondent of Faculty of Economic and Business in Islamic University of Malang. The result of this study which using the linear regression analysis method shows that brand image, product quality and price simultaneously affecting the purchasing decision variable, as well as partially affecting them.Keyword: brand image, product quality, price, purchase decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to identify and analyze the quality of services consisting of (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) to the decision to borrow online funds on Kredivo both simultaneously and partially, and to know which variables are the most dominant. This study uses quantitative research types. The population in this research is a user of the online funds loan service Kredivo. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analyses treated with SPSS 16.0 software. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the quality of service consisting of (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) was simultaneously and partially influential in the consumer's decision to borrow online funds on Kredivo, and the dominant influential variable physical evidence of consumer decision-making online funds on Kredivo, while the reliability of significant negative influence on consumer decisions was made online funds on Kredivo.Keywords: quality of service, online loan funds

Abstract

Abstract  The objective of this research is to influence of lifestyle and Social groups on purchasing decisions services Go – Jek  at Universty of Islam Malang. This research is quantitative aiming for partial significant influence and simultaneously. The respondents number who used a total of 100 respondents who are all students of Unisma  Malang. This research method is tested with validity and reliability test. The classical assumption used normality assumption test, multicollinearity assumption test, heteroscedasticity assumption test, and linearity assumption test. It is also used multiple linear regression, and test the hypothesis that F test, t test, and test the dominant. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the direct effect of service quality and promotion variables on satisfaction, the direct effect of service quality and promotion on customer loyalty, the direct effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty, and the indirect effect of service quality and promotion variables on customer loyalty through satisfaction. The population of this research is the users of Sriwijaya Air flight services at Kalimarau Berau Airport in East Kalimantan. Sampling was conducted using the Maholtra method so that there were 85 respondents who met the requirements as a sample. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and path analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality and promotion have a direct effect on satisfaction, service quality and promotion have a direct effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty, service quality and promotion have an indirect effect on consumer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keywords: service quality, promotion, customer loyalty, satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of e-service quality toward Go-Jek customers loyality through satisfaction as intervening variable with testing in every variable. Purpossive sampling was used to adopt the sample of this study which means using particular condsideration by paying attention toward respondents that is required in taking the sample. The setting of this study is in faculty of economic and bussiness of UNISMA especially the students who are active as the user of Gojek application. This study uses descriptive-quantitative annalysis by using asessment through likert scale which the whole results will be tested the validity,  the reliability,  the normality assumption,  the regretion annalysis, T testing and the path analysis.            From the result of data analysis, partially prove that e-service quality, loyality and satisfaction directly emerge positive and significant influence. While the result of indirect test shows that satisfaction can not mediate e-service quality and loyality. Because  even when the customers are not satisfy, they will keep using GoJek in the future time.Keywords : e- service, loyality , satisfaction
