Abstract

In march 2020, the world, including Indonesia, was shocked by the 2019 Corona Virus Diasease (Covid 19) or better known as the corona virus, which forces everyone in educational institutions to edjust learning so that the learning process continues, even though the place, time, and cnditions  are uncertain. This time at the Roudlotul Athfal Muslimat Nu 15 institution, learning that is appropriate to the current pandemic situation and conditions, as one of the learning activites given to students to be done at home with their parents. in this study, it will beexplaiined how the cooperation of teachers at Roudlotul Athfal Muslimat NU 15 inducludes planning, implemention and supporting and inhibiting factors in online learning. Researchers used a qualitative approach. And the type of case study research. Data collection teachniques used are in-dept interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the cooperation of teachers and perents in online learning has been going quite well.

Abstract

Learning the Qur'an needs to be introduced to children from an early age. The method used must be in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood, which is fun and carried out repeatedly. The method of learning the Qur’an An Nashr according to the needs of the child is carried out repeatedly, read part of mufrodat and the child can understand its meaning. Qualitative research methods with the type of case studies are very appropriate to describe the implementation, stages and effectiveness of the An Nashr method. The research was carried out at RA Nashr, Wajak District, Malang Regency. The results of the study, namely the An Nashr method, can improve children's Memorization of the Qur'an, language and cognitive abilities of early childhood

Abstract

The development of an educational institution cannot be separated from the intervention of a capable leader. The leadership in this case is the principal. The principal has a strategy used to develop the institution he leads. In this study, it will be explained how the strategies determined by the principal to increase learning motivation. The strategy consists of planning, implementing and evaluating the principal's program. The researcher uses a qualitative approach, as well as the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the strategy carried out by the principal had been planned, implemented according to the existing schedule, adjusted to the conditions around it, reported to the madrasa supervisor and solutions were sought if there were obstacles that arose during the implementation of the work program.

Abstract

This research has a background on the professionalism of teachers in educational institution. So that it is the task of the principals’s efforts to foster teachers to achieve superior educational servicer. So that the focus of this research problem is what effort can be made by school principals in fostering teacherprofesionalism ar Raudhatul Athfal Diponegoro, as well as factors that occur during the coaching process for teachers. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. To find out the answer to the focus of the problem, the discussion was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the date is dones through triangulation. The conclusion from the result of this study, that the teacher at Raudhatul Athfal Diponegoro has not met the competence as a teacher. Efforts made by the principal are always consistent in carrying out learning supervision actions every Saturday, providing facilities for teacher self-development by involving, technical guidance, training and in the IGRA/IGTKM KKG group. In addition, there are supporting factor for school principals in their coaching effort, including: teachers have high motivation in learning and have good facilities and infastructure. While the existing inhibiting factors are the limitations and limitations of knowledge about aspect of pedagogic competence.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Problems of Home Visit Learning at Raudlatul Atfal Darul Falah Karangploso Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research which emphasizes more on explanations through words. The research subjects were early childhood children aged 5-6 years, classroom teachers, and parents. The data collection procedure was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Each analysis is narrated descriptively and then concluded according to the research focus. Based on the data exposure and research findings, it was found that homevisit learning at Raudlatul Atfal Darul Falah Karangplso, was carried out on Monday-Saturday at 07.00 - 09.00. Learning activities are carried out semi-formally where all students do not wear school uniforms, the clothes used are free, neat and polite. Before the implementation of Home Visit learning begins, a teacher must prepare, including grouping students based on where they live. The group division is done with the aim of facilitating the learning process. The number of students in one class is fifteen children divided into three groups, where one group consists of 5 children. The problem faced by teachers, parents and students is the lack of cooperation and communication so that Home Visit Learning cannot be carried out properly. The involvement of parents in the success of the school program is needed for the smooth learning process. The form of cooperation carried out by a teacher is the teacher as the person who plans activities and assesses learning outcomes while parents as educators of children at home which aims to determine the learning process, this is done to determine the development of children during learning. Communicating with each other between parents and teachers is also very necessary because it is to know the development of students both when learning at school and learning at home.

Abstract

The process of cultivating character values has a big role in shaping the identity and behavior of students, but this is influenced by environmental conditions, so that when the environment is encountered by students brings good things, of course habits with these good things can form values. character values in students, planting these character values will be implemented more quickly. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research is a case study. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documents. To analyze the data that has been obtained using qualitative analysis from Miles and Haberman, namely through Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. Internalization of Character Values in Improving the Intelligence of Students in Bahrul Maghfiroh Junior High School, Malang City, including habits, praying dhuha, and reading the Koran which has become a culture in this school.
