Abstract

Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and arts through education, research, and community service. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence achievement motivation, power motivation, and affiliation motivation on the performance of lecturers, especially female lecturers at private universities in Surakarta which certainly has her own characteristics and challenges in performing her dual role. When the motivations of a lecturer are known, it can be used as the basis of giving motivation to improve her performance.

Abstract

Depok market known as birds, especially poultry market and become one of the reference point to search for orbuy poultry. Many things affect consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is the extent of quality, price, and location influence the purchasing decisions of poultry. The sample used in this study is that consumers in the Depok market as much as 97 respondents. The analysis tool used Is a test instrument that includes validity and reliability test while hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of analysis show that the variable quality, price, and location has a significant effect partially or simultaneously to the purchasing decision, the price variable has the most dominan tinfluence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research has the aim to testing corelation among variables to reality faced are the poor performance of employees Batik Club at Laweyan, Surakarta. The population is all of ceaftman of batik club at Laweyan Surakarta. The samples amount take with forecasting interval, and use the purposive sampling method to take the samples. The result of this research show thah compensation and training variables have not significance (P > 0,05) influence to job satisfaction and also have no significance influence to employee performance. But the supervisor role variable has the significance (P < 0,05) influence both to the job satisfaction and also to employee performance  Batik Club at Laweyan, Surakarta.  And than, based on the result of mediating test show that job satisfaction variable in reality mediates the correlation between compensation, training, and supervisor reole with the employee performance.
