Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru rendah dan kurang motivasi, karena dalam menghadapi perkerjaan guru mengalami kejenuhan, ketegangan, dan bahkan mengalami stress yang muncul dari beban kerja yang terlalu sulit, berat dan berlebihan, waktu dan peralatan kerja yang kurang memadai, mengakibatkan berkurangnya motivasi pada guru-guru. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah ingin memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimana manajemen penilaian kinerja guru oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Margahayu dan SMP YPAI Rahayu Margaasih Kabupaten Bandung . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat diartikan sebagai kemampuan seseorang menggerakkan, mengarahkan, sekaligus mempengaruhi pola pikir, cara kerja setiap anggota agar bersikap mandiri dalam berkerja terutama dalam mengambil keputusan untuk kepentingan percepatan pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan Wahyudin (2009:121). Peningkatan mutu adalah suatu proses yang sistematis yang terus menerus meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar dan faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan itu, dengan tujuan agar menjadi target sekolah dapat dicapai dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Zamroni (2007: 2) Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Indikator perencanaan penilaian kinerja guru telah dijalankan sesuai dengan situasi, kondisi sekolah, lingkungan sekolah dan kemampuan sumber daya sekolah yang bersangkutan. 2) Indikator Pengorganisasian menunjukan sesuai dengan fungsi, tugas dan penjadwalan yang telah ditetapkan. 3) Indikator pelaksanaan sudah dijalankan dalam upaya untuk menjadikan perencanaan menjadi kenyataan dalam pelaksanaannya. 4) Indikator Evaluasi sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan dengan cara pada awal persiapan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan akhir pembelajaran kepala sekolah atau fasilitator melakukan pengawasan dan pengontolan (supervisi) baik secara administrasi maupun pelaksanaan praktek pembelajaran dengan menggunakan berbahai instumen penilaian berupa lisan dan tertulisan dalam pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja guru. 5) Hambatann-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja guru selalu ada, baik hambatan internal maupun ambatan eksternal pada diri penilai dan guruyang dinilai. 6) Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan internal dengan cara kepala sekolah melaksanakan evaluasi diri sekolah untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan, dan solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan eksternal dengan cara konsisten memberikan tauladan, bimbingan, motivasi dan dorongan kepada para guru agar terus dapat meningkatkan kompetesi guru untuk kemajuan mutu pembelajaran. Simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kinerja guru oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Margahayu dan SMP YPAI Rahayu Margaasih Kabupaten Bandung telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai situasi, kondisi, lingkungan, sumberdaya manusia di sekolah masing-masing dan hasilnya dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times has led to the emergence of new challenges for the world of education. The government continues to make various efforts to produce quality graduates to face the challenges of the times. Through the policy of implementing a character education curriculum by integrating character values ​​into intra-curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, this is one of the efforts made by the government through madrasas to realize quality graduates with good character according to national education goals. This study aims to analyze and obtain information regarding the Implementation of the Bandung Mayor's Regulation Number 004 of 2019 regarding the Implementation of the Character Education Curriculum in improving the quality of graduates in Madrasah. This research uses a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. the character education curriculum has been well prepared by the madrasah by involving all madrasah stakeholders and referring to the vision and mission, 2) implementation of the character education curriculum by integrating character values ​​that have been determined according to the needs of madrasahs through learning, extracurricular, and habituation activities, 3) supervision of the character education curriculum is carried out directly by the head of the madrasa who is assisted by wakamad and teachers continuously either directly or indirectly, and 4) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the character education curriculum come from both internal and external sources. Supporting factors are in the form of cooperation that exists between the madrasah, parents, and the community, as well as moral and material support. While the inhibiting factors, there are still students who violate the rules, busy parents, the influence of social media and the environment.

Abstract

Most of the population in Indonesia, both in urban areas, but especially in rural areas, many people invest in the livestock sector by taking advantage of the fertility of the soil they have for farming and some use it for raising livestock because the available feed is quite abundant in the types of grasses and leaves that are available. usually used for animal feed. One of them is raising sheep, this is because the sale value of sheep is quite high, and the consumption of lamb meat, especially for the regency, is quite high. As done by Young Farmer Farm, this farm which is located in the village of Cibiru Kindul, Bandung City, focuses on raising sheep, fattening sheep for beef, and making organic fertilizer from sheep manure on the farm. Most of the conditions of Indonesian livestock are only based on experience, meaning that they do not pay attention to the provisions in animal husbandry. This is the cause of the lack of good quality livestock systems in Indonesia. Therefore it is very important to improve the livestock system in order to obtain better quality and quantity of productivity. Activity analysis used to analyze input and output process flow of the livestock system uses the Activity relationship chart method which is a qualitative approach developed by Mucher. Is a way to analyze the flow of work, namely the relationship relationship with benchmarks degree of closeness of the relationship between one activity to another, in this study the data were obtained through observation and approved by the management of the farm. Macro ergonomics is a concept by defining a top-down sociotechnical system to produce a work system. The use of macro ergonomics is used to analyze the problems found in young farmer farm sheep so that in the end a number of suggestions for improvements related to the problems are obtained. The results of this research show that the problems that are considered to have a major impact on the sustainability of livestock are the conditions of the sheep pens, the process of feeding and drinking the sheep, caring for the sheep and the process of disposal and waste management. Improving the condition of the cage is done by relaying the condition of the cage, namely repositioning according to the provisions. Improving the process of feeding and drinking is carried out based on the provisions of feeding according to the rules. Treatment improvements were carried out by providing a quarantine process and sheep bathing. Improving the process of disposal and waste management is carried out by maximizing the use of manure as organic fertilizer.
