Abstract

This study aims to examine the play stimulation model to improve children's social competence. The study involved 100 children in the kindergarten age group. The types of play in this study are divided into four games patterns, namely the solitary independent play, parallel play, associative play, and cooperative play. Each play pattern is tested with four dimensions of social competence, which consist of self-concept, ability to manage emotions, prosocial and social-academic behavior. The results of this study indicate that more than 50% of the four dimensions of social competence are effectively stimulated through cooperative play patterns. Cooperative play patterns are effective for stimulating self-concept dimensions (10 of 15 behaviors), emotional management abilities (9 of 18 behaviors), social academics (7 of 15 behaviors), and prosocial behavior (17 of 23 behaviors). The pattern of associative play effectively stimulates the dimensions of self-concept (3 of 15 behaviors), emotional management skills (7 of 18 behaviors), prosocial behavior (4 of 23 behaviors), and social academics (3 of 15 behaviors). The effective parallel play and solitary independent play patterns of each play only stimulate 1 social competence behavior. Keywords: cooperative play, associative play, parralel play, solitary independent play, social Competencies Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model stimulasi permainan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sosial anak. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 anak pada kelompok usia taman kanak-kanak. Jenis permainan pada penelitian ini terbagi ke dalam empat pola permainan, yaitu solitary independent play, parralel play, associative play, dan cooperative play. Setiap pola permainan diujikan dengan empat dimensi kompetensi sosial, yang terdiri dari konsep diri, kemampuan mengelola emosi, perilaku prososial dan sosial-akademik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 50% empat dimensi kompetensi sosial efektif distimulasi melalui pola permainan cooperative play. Pola permainan cooperative play efektif untuk menstimulasi dimensi konsep diri (10 dari 15 perilaku), kemampan mengelola emosi (9 dari 18 perilaku), sosial akademik (7 dari 15 perilaku), dan perilaku prososial (17 dari 23 perilaku). Pola permainan associative play efektif menstimulasi dimensi konsep diri (3 dari 15 perilaku), kemampuan mengelola emosi (7dari 18 perilaku), perilaku prososial (4 dari 23 perilaku), dan sosial akademik (3 dari 15 perilaku). Pola permainan parralel play dan solitary independent play masing-masing efektif hanya menstimulasi 1 perilaku kompetensi social. Abstract

So far the implementation of Tri Dharma Human Resources Management of Universities, a lecturer carries three main tasks, namely: (1) education and teaching; (2) Research; and (3) devotion to the community. The general objective of this study, namely to find out and analyze the influence of the Human Resource Management of Tri Dharma Higher Education on improving the quality of PTS lecturers in the high school cluster in the DKI Jakarta and West Java areas. Interpretation and analysis of the results of the study, obtained general conclusions as follows: (1). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of education and teaching of improving the quality of lecturers at STKIP Kusumanegara; (2). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of research on improving the quality of lecturers at STKIP Kusumanegara; (3). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of service to the public on improving the quality of lecturers at STKIP Kusumanegara; (4). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of education and teaching, Human Resource Management in the field of research and Human Resource Management in the field of service to the community jointly to improve the quality of lecturers at STKIP Kusumanegara; (5). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of service to the public on improving the quality of lecturers at STMIK MIC; (12). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of education and teaching, Human Resource Management in the field of research and Human Resource Management in the field of service to the community jointly to improve the quality of lecturers at STMIK MIC; (13) There are supporting factors and inhibiting the quality of lecturers at STKIP Kusumanegara, STIE MBI, STMIK MIC through the implementation of the Human Resource Management Tri Dharma Higher Education. The findings of the study, namely from the three Tri Dharma components of college, research and publications including difficulties carried out by lecturers, while there are demands to publish the results of their research on reputable international journals that have a significant effect on improving the quality of lecturers.

The culture and character education of this nation can be developed from the religious values and ideology of the Indonesian nation which are formulated in the goals of national education. Character is the main key to developing quality resources. That way the character must be formed as early as possible.

Abstract

The background of this research MTs inferior quality of graduates, allegedly because not terimplementasinya m anagement m utu t erpadu (MMT) so that the performance of education and learning is still weak. The research objective to describe the preparation, steps, processes, supervision, results, problems, solutions and innovative ideas in the implementation of m anagement m utu t erpadu in improving the quality of graduates MTs in Kholafiyah Pontren environment. The research foundation used is theological, philosophical, theoretical, and tual concepts , the six value systems, and relevant prior research. Using Edward Sallis' theory of integrated quality management (TQM) with a qualitative approach with descriptive methods . T eknik collecting data through interviews, observation , and documentation study. The research location is MTs Assalam Darul Faizah Warungkiara and MTs Al-Ma'tuq Cisaat Sukabumi Regency . The results of the research are as follows: (1) preparation for the implementation of MMT has been going well, starting with the preparation of programs and work plans for Islamic boarding schools in macro and micro MTs, (2) MMT steps begin with the formulation of the vision, mission, and objectives of the pesantren. holistically and integrated with the vision, mission and objectives of MTs, (3) the implementation process of MMT in general is related to quality learning services, (4) supervision in MMT implementation is carried out through four techniques, namely coaching, monitoring, guidance, and performance appraisal, (5) the results of the implementation of MMT produced a generation that is faithful, devoted, berakhlakul karimah, academic achievement and non-academic, (6) the problem that ditemu right in the implementation of MMT is partly HR and education Personnel not in accordance with educational qualifications and operational costs of education not yet balanced with the amount of madrasah income, (7) efforts made to overcome the problem d ith a regeneration program for teachers and education personnel through lectures in accordance with the needs of the institution. For educational operational costs, there is a movement to finance a cross-subsidized system from parents / guardians of students with advanced economic conditions (aghniya), and (8) innovative ideas in implementing MMT to improve the quality of MTs graduates in the Pontren Kholafiyah environment, namely the application of the “integrated quality management model. Islamic boarding schools integrated into madrasah education units. The implication of the research results is that the implementation of MMT can improve the quality of graduates, so every education unit must apply it . Recommendations to boarding school leaders who manage formal education units always give more authority to manage madrasah-based management.

Abstract

Strategy Management for Teacher Performance Development to Improve the Quality of Lessons is a response to the quality of learning that still needs to be improved, by developing teacher performance, is a solution to improving the quality of learning. Focus of the problem: How to Implement Strategic Management of Teacher Performance Development to Improve the Quality of Learning. Specific objectives of this study are to identify and analyze: (1) Internal and External Environments, (2) Formulation of Strategy Formulation, (3) Strategy Implementation, (4) Teacher Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Management, (5) Strategic Steps to Overcome Problems and Weaknesses. Research methods and procedures refer to the qualitative research approach. The theories that underlie this research are strategic management theory, performance coaching theory, higher order thinking learning theory and madrasah culture theory. The main findings of this study are: (1) The principal of madrasah has not analyzed and combined strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges into a strategic assumption conclusion that can be used as a basis for further strategic planning, (2) Strategy formulation is not based on strategic assumptions that maximize strength factors and minimizing the weakness factor by taking advantage of opportunities in facing challenges.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of Madrasah Aliyah's performance is still weak in the management of education and learning. Weak performance is suspected to have not been implemented properly in strategic management at Madrasah Aliyah. The general objective of the study is to determine the performance improvement of Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency through the application of strategic management and the specific objectives are to describe (1) Formulation, (2) Implementation, (3) Evaluation and control, (4) Results obtained, (5) Constraints that arise, and (6) Solutions to overcome obstacles that arise in the implementation of strategic management in improving the performance of Madrasah Aliyah. The grand theory used is Pearce and Robinson's strategic management theory. Using a qualitative approach, descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in general strategic management has improved the performance of Madrasah Aliyah, and specifically as follows: (1) The formulation of strategic management has been implemented through the formulation of the vision, mission, objectives, policies, and madrasa programs through limited meetings. The formulation has not gone through a special workshop with a comprehensive discussion, (2) The implementation of strategic management has been carried out. Educational management implements madrasah-based management (MBM) by developing two integrated programs, namely madrasa managerial programs and madrasa academic programs. The implementation of madrasa management follows government regulations and foundation policies, (3) Evaluation and control of strategic management through four activities, namely an assessment from the Ministry of Religion through Madrasah Supervisors, activities of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) through Madrasah Self Evaluation (EDM) as the basis for the preparation of e-mails. RKAM and External Quality Assurance System through Madrasah Accreditation, Assessment from Foundation Management, and assessment of public perception. There are no specific criteria for assessment from foundations and the community, (4) The results obtained from the implementation of strategic management are an increase in the quality of education governance and the learning process. The implementation of education is getting better. Madrasah personnel can carry out their duties and functions according to what has been set. Students excel in various competition activities, both academic and non-academic, (5) Constraints that arise include limited facilities and infrastructure, not all national education standards are implemented optimally, madrasas do not have full authority, the majority of teacher status are Non-PNS so that their welfare is relatively low. is still small, and education financing still relies on Central BOS funds and BPMU from the Province, and (6) Solutions, all obstacles are gradually overcome to minimize problems in performance. In conclusion, empirically strategic management has been applied and can improve the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Sukabumi Regency. Improvement in the implementation of education and learning. Private Aliyah Madrasas follow government regulations and policies set by the foundation.

Abstract

This article research is based namely the low implementation of innovative learning with the concept of a child-friendly school. Considering that innovative learning is an integral part of implementing the concept of child-friendly schools which is the responsibility of school principals, teachers and education implementers.The school treats a good attitude towards students by educating children sincerely and with love like their own children; the learning method used is adapted to the needs of kindergarten children, the teaching and learning process is fun; involvement of students in learning, interesting and fun classroom arrangements, as well as a clean, beautiful, safe and orderly school environment, The concept of a child-friendly school, students are more confident in themselves, high intrinsic motivation, students are able and dare to make their own choices, students are responsible responsibility to accept the consequences that accompany their choice, students can adjust to their environment, students are not dependent on others.

 ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the curriculum management and educational assessment system of cooperative education units (SPK) or international schools empirically in South Tangerang City. The data collection techniques are carried out in three methods or ways, namely by observation, interviews, and documentation which focuses on data sources through informants, namely Principal (Principal), Teachers, and administrative staff to strengthen the validity of the data obtained. grading system for International Schools in South Tangerang City. The results of this study describe the differences between the Indonesian curriculum and the foreign curriculum as well as the differences in the value of the subjects in the cooperative education unit.Keywords: management; curriculum; scoring system. ABTRAKDalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum dan sistem penilaian pendidikan satuan pendidikan kerjasama (SPK) atau sekolah internasional secara empirik di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan tiga metode atau cara ialah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang menitik beratkan sumber data melalui informan yaitu Principal (Kepala Sekolah), Guru, serta tenaga administrasi guna menguatkan keabsahan data yang diperolehnya, Adapun fokus penelitiannya manajemen Kurikulum dan sistem penilaian Sekolah Internasional di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Abstract

Planning is an important and strategic element and provides direction in the implementation of activities to achieve the desired goals or objectives. The focus of this research is community-based education planning which is detailed in research problems, namely curriculum implementation planning and academic planning. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Technique of data validity with source triangulation. The data analysis uses the following procedures: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research results: The curriculum applied at PKBM Miftahul Huda Majalengka uses a mixed curriculum or modification of the national curriculum combined with the Miftahul Huda Majalengka Taklim Council curriculum. The curriculum implementation planning has been made by the teacher. To support the implementation of the curriculum, an academic plan is made. The special academic planning in PKBM Miftahul Huda Majalengka is the Preparatory Class. Suggestions that can be given: (1) So that every teacher makes a complete curriculum implementation plan. (2) Recruitment of teaching staff according to their specialization.
