Abstract

This study is the students' perceptions about the teachers’ psychological sense of humor toward the learning motivation of grade VII SMPN 3 Batusangkar showed a positive relationship. There is a relationship between students' perceptions about the sense of humor with the learning motivation. This research is a correlation research that shows a positive relationship. The population of this study was the students of grade VII SMPN 3 Batusangkar which amounted to 214 people with the sample of the study amounted to 54 people taken with random sampling. The instrument in this research is questionnaire which Likert scale with four choices of answers consisting of: SS (Strongly agree, S (Agree), TS (Disagree), and STS (strongly disagree) The results of this study illustrates that there is a positive relationship of humor with the students motivation to learn who give a good impact in learning process with a pleasant situation and comfortable and not rigid so it can improve the spirit of student learning.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze and parse the management of student emotions in learning through digital sources during the Covid-19 pandemic. The family environment plays an active role in providing understanding and monitoring and paying attention to emotional states in learning. This research was conducted by analyzing literature from journals and effective data related to emotional management in online learning where the findings and new theories were described qualitatively. The results of these findings illustrate the need for the role of the tridarma of education, namely educators, students and families in managing emotions and the necessary facilities and infrastructure for students in online learning are more effective so that the education and learning process is carried out properly.

Abstract

Peran dari pemerintah Nagari III Koto kecamatan Rambatan dalam pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak masyarakat berdasarkan pasal 68 Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana peran pemerintah nagari dalam pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak masyarakat Apa faktor penghambat pemerintah Nagari III Koto Kecamatan Rambatan dalam pemenuhan hak masyarakat dan Bagaimana analisis undang-undang dalam pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak masyarakat berdasarkan Undang- undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa. Tujuan penelitian yaitu: untuk mengetahui dan menjelaksan petan pemerintah Nagari dalam pemenuhan hak masyarakat, untuk mengetahui dan menjelaksan faktor penghambat pemerintah Nagari III Koto Kecamatan Rambatan dalam pemenuhan hak masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan analisis dalam pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak masyarakat berdasarkan Undang- undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. untuk mendapatkan data-data dari permasalahan adalah melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik Pengolahan data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif, kemudian diuraikan serta melakukan terhadap klasifikasi terhadap aspek masalah dan memaparkan melalui kalimat yang efektif. Dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan dilapangan dapat disimpulkan. Peran Pemerintah Nagari III Koto dalam pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak masyarakat berdasarkan pasal 68 Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa belum maksimal terlaksana seluruhnya, dan belum maksimal sesuai dengan amanat Undang-Undang. Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak di Nagari III Koto diataranya, Kurangnya kerja sama antara pemerintah Nagari dan masyarakat sehingga terjadinya perbedaan antara kewajiban yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Nagari dengan hak yang di tuntut oleh masyarakat. Disini negara memiliki kewewenangan untuk menjabarkan dan mengimplementasikan perundang-undangan yang telah dirumuskan tersebut. kemudian dalam menjalankan dan melaksanakan peraturan yang akan diberlakukan kepada masayarakat di Nagari III Koto tidak sesuai dengan asas persamaan, keadilan dan amanah.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the suitability of the Lesson plan design based on the Kurikulum Merdeka by English Teachers and also their understanding of the Lesson Plan at UNP Laboratory Junior High School. Two teachers at UNP Laboratory Junior High School were assigned to given their Lesson plan design and were interviewed about their understanding of the Lesson plan. Qualitative analyses were employed in the research which using qualitative descriptive approach to describe the suitability analysis of the Lesson plan design by English Teachers, while data from interview were transcribed, classified and the draw conclusion. The result from the qualitative suitability analysis showed that the Lesson plan design by English Teachers at UNP Laboratory Junior High School quite an accordance, the Lesson plan has the complete components although it has some drawbrack. The interview result showed that teachers understanding of the Lesson plan is good. Even the teachers has good understanding in the Lesson plan but they still need training in designing Lesson plan, so the teacher will be more prepared in designing Lesson plan based on the Kurikulum Merdeka.
