Culture is the result of human creation in order to make life easier. Along with the times, the culture is possible to experience shifts and changes. This study discusses one of the cultures of gotong royong in Javanese society, especially the nyumbag, by taking research samples from several villages in Yogyakarta. This study discusses the changes and phenomena of people's attitudes toward the tradition of donating. The results of the study found that on the one hand the community was uncomfortable and objected to the tradition of donating, but on the other hand the community was unable to change the tradition. This is due to the existing system in the community, namely in the form of social control and social sanctions. These two things greatly affect the mindset and behavior of the community. Social control and social sanctions are factors that keep the continuity of a hereditary tradition in society.

Nowadays, the craftsman is considered a profession that does not need higher education requirements; thus, it creates a wider gap in the craftsmen's regeneration. Tumang's younger generation prefers to work as resellers instead of becoming craftsmen. This study aims to provide policy recommendations that support the preservation of the Tumang Copper Craft Art as traditional Indonesian knowledge. The research uses a qualitative method with a participatory action research approach. It focuses on group discussions with copper artisans and sellers in Tumang on collecting data on the field's challenges and interviews with policymakers to obtain appropriate policy recommendations. The results show that supporting the regeneration process is necessary. The request of public policy needs to be linked to formal education in schools through the Education and Culture Office and efforts to increase the capacity of artisans through the Community and Village Empowerment Service. Moreover, to ensure that the recommendation to support the preservation and development of the Copper Craft Art can be implemented, a public policy recommendation with legality is in the form of a Regent's Regulation because it may cover both education and community empowerment in Tumang.

Astirin Mbalela's novel describes the life of a Javanese female character who struggles for her own existence as a subject because she experiences injustice caused by gender. This research aims to build awareness about the existence of objectification of women by deepening the discussion of existentialist feminism, especially in the context of Javanese culture which is considered foreign, so that it becomes a reference for the ethics of Javanese or non-Javanese society in society according to the idea of existentialist feminism. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a feminist literary criticism approach. The results of this study show a form of objectification towards women and shows a form of resistance to Astirin's existence as a woman by using the Javanese cultural context, namely 'mbalela'. Astirin is a Javanese female character who can represent according to Simone de Beauvoir's existentialist feminist ideas. The representation of Astirin's character can be categorized into a form of struggle as a form of women's existence. In the context of Javanese culture which is represented through novels, this research provides a renewed discussion of the existence of Javanese women, especially in the context of feminism existensialism. With this research it is hoped that the phenomenon of objectification of women which in fact is detrimental to women can be reduced or even eliminated. Education, especially children's character education, is very important. Education can be carried out in formal and non-formal educational institutions. One of the learning media that can be used is through traditional cultural arts.The traditional Javanese cultural art that is the object of this research is the Bondhan Payung dance, which is taught at Sanggar Ayodya Pala Cibinong and PPKB FIB UI. The selection of Bondhan Payung dance as the object of research with the consideration that in Bondhan Payung dance contained teaching values that are important for teaching children's character.This research uses a qualitative approach by applying the concept of triangulation. Data as well as information are based on observations of the practice process in class, interviews with trainers and parents of students. The results of this research found a positive influence of character training through Bondhan Payung dance media on children's characters.

Karya sastra lirik lagu berisi tentang kenyataan sosial beserta cara menghadapinya. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana strategi menghadapi kehidupan sosial era peralihan Orde Lama ke Orde Baru yang direpresentasikan di dalam lirik lagu APN karya Koes Plus. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami kondisi masyarakat di era peralihan Orde Lama ke era Orde Baru serta bagaimana masyarakat menghadapi masalah tersebut. Temuan penelitian ini semoga dapat menjadi alternatif rujukan bagi masyarakat dalam menghadapi dan menjalani segala permasalahan hidup. Objek penelitian ini adalah karya sastra berupa lirik lagu Aja Padha Nelangsa karya Koes Plus yang diterbitkan pada tahun 1974 dalam album pop Jawa Vol.1. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menerjemahkan secara harfiah teks lirik lagu Aja Padha Nelangsa dengan berpedoman pada kamus Bausastra Jawa. Kemudian, hasil terjemahan tersebut dianalisis mendasarkan pada konteks kehidupan sosial yang terjadi pada era peralihan Orde Lama ke Orde Baru menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra yaitu mimetik menurut Meyer Howard Abrams. Penelitian ini mendapatkan temuan pesan moral berupa strategi bagaimana sebaiknya dalam menghadapi jaman rêkasa atau kehidupan serba sulit yang dialami masyarakat pada masa tersebut. Kondisi serba sulit tersebut seyogyanya dijalani dengan sikap nrima ing pandum sesuai nilai ajaran budaya Jawa agar hati senantiasa tenteram serta menumbuhkan kesadaran pada Tuhan. Dengan begitu, hasil kerja yang demikian akan menghasilkan hidup mulia (berkecukupan).

The Merdeka Learning Curriculum is a policy of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which aims to optimize the existing curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze the readiness of 4th grade teachers in SDN 3 Troso in implementing the Free Learning Curriculum. The research method is a case study involving two teachers and school principals in the elementary school implementing the Merdeka Learning Curriculum. This study was collected based on interviews, observations, and documentation. Then analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's readiness in the application of the independent curriculum seen from the results of the interviews in accordance with the 6 indccariat shows that the teacher is still not ready in implementing an independent curriculum. Still lacking understanding regarding the structure of the independent curriculum and still needs training related to the preparation of the teaching module and learning assessment at Kurkulum Merdeka. The teachers still do not have a clear picture related to the application of the Merdeka Curriculum. The level of readiness shown can be a consideration for schools to immediately respond to problems. In addition, the concept of an independent curriculum needs to be understood by all elements of educational institutions, so that in its application it can run optimally, effectively, and efficiently and be able to achieve the goals of Kurikum Merdeka itself
