Abstract

Tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan layanan guru PAUD Kota Tarakan tentang cara melakukan asesmen dan pelaporan hasil perkembangan anak usia dini. Ini akan memberi mereka dasar untuk merancang pembelajaran yang baik, tepat, dan bermakna. Keberhasilan pengabdian ini didukung oleh ceramah dan tanya jawab, demonstrasi, dan praktik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini terbukti berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan guru PAUD Kota Tarakan, termasuk pengetahuan tentang pengertian asesmen secara keseluruhan, pengetahuan tentang materi asesmen harian PAUD, kemampuan untuk menyebutkan bagian-bagian yang ada dalam format asesmen harian PAUD, kemampuan untuk membuat catatan hasil pengamatan, dan kemampuan untuk menuangkan hasil pengamatan dalam asesmen PAUD dengan menggunakan teknik catatan anekdot dan penilaan. Peserta dapat menyebutkan contoh setelah memahami asesmen.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of child development through initial assessment in early childhood. The method used by researchers is a qualitative research method with a type of field research. Field research uses direct observation, interviews, or other data collection in the field, enabling researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. To dig up information or get data by conducting interviews with teachers at institutions and supported by secondary data in the form of previous research articles that are relevant to the title and research objectives. The findings of this research are the process of child growth and development through which the initial assessment is carried out to identify children before entering school and at the beginning of the new school year. The instruments used are tests for height, weight, and then daily activities, then children are observed in various aspects and intelligence and carried out with tools and various tests.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of interest in early childhood in learning. This can be seen that there are still many early childhood children who are busy with themselves because during the learning process the teacher is only verbalistic without using the media. So that children do not understand what is explained by the teacher. The aim of this research is to prove whether school TV media can increase interest in early childhood learning. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study type. This study aims to describe the implementation of school TV in increasing reading interest in early childhood. The results of this study are that school TV is able to increase interest in early childhood learning at school or at home. With the school stage created by the RA Amal Salih institution, the children are enthusiastic about learning. With school TV media, it can also reduce early childhood playing online games, which so far by playing online games, early childhood learning interest has decreased.
