Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of child development through initial assessment in early childhood. The method used by researchers is a qualitative research method with a type of field research. Field research uses direct observation, interviews, or other data collection in the field, enabling researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. To dig up information or get data by conducting interviews with teachers at institutions and supported by secondary data in the form of previous research articles that are relevant to the title and research objectives. The findings of this research are the process of child growth and development through which the initial assessment is carried out to identify children before entering school and at the beginning of the new school year. The instruments used are tests for height, weight, and then daily activities, then children are observed in various aspects and intelligence and carried out with tools and various tests.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Kartu Seru learning media which has never been applied in Arabic language learning at Mts Darusshalihin Berru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of educational game media (Kartu Seru) in improving vocabulary skills of Arabic language learning at MTs Darusshalihin Berru. This research approach is a quantitative approach with experimental research type. This research design used one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all students of Madrasah Tsanawiyyah Darusshalihin Berru class VIII consisting of class VIII A, VIII B, and VIII C. Sampling using random sampling technique and resulted in class VIII A as the experimental class and class VIII B as the control class. The type of instrument used is a pretest and posttest question of student learning outcomes totaling 30 questions with 10 matching questions with 20 multiple choice questions. The results showed that the experimental class experienced an increase in mastery of Arabic vocabulary (mufradat) with a higher percentage value than the control class. This is evidenced by the average value of class VIII B (control class) of 57.8% (pre-test) and 50.8% (post-test). The average value of class VIII A (experimental class) in percentage units is 63.4% (pre-test) and 92.2% (post-test). These results show that the application of educational games (Kartu Seru) in Arabic language learning has an influence on student learning outcome and is effective to be used to achieve Arabic language learning objectives. Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of human resource competency on the quality of public services at the Bina Baru Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the quality of public services at the Bina Baru Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population and sample in this research were 52 people who received services in May and June 2023 at the Bina Baru Village Office. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. The research results show that the Human Resources Competency Level at the Bina Baru Village Office is in the "poor" category with a percentage of 58%. The quality of public services at the Bina Baru Village Office is in the "poor" category with a percentage of 60%. The Competency Level of Human Resources on the Quality of Public Services at the Bina Baru Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is in the "Significant/Influential" category. significant, and the probability is far above 0.005, based on the calculated t value > t table or 3,483 ≥ 1,676, then H0 is rejected, meaning that the Competency Level of Human Resources is Significant/Influences the Quality of Public Services at the Bina Baru Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

Puskesmas mempunyai peran yang sangat strategis sebagai institusi pelaksana teknis, sehingga dituntut memiliki kemampuan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan primer melalui peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusianya.Motivasi merupakan faktor pendorong tercapainya suatu pelayanan yang bermutu khususnya dalam bidang kesehatan. Dengan adanya motivasi diharapkan dapat menghasilkan produksi kerja yang optimal sesuai dengan tujuan dan cita-cita organisasi dimasa yang akan datang. Banyaknya program instansi yang harus dilaksanakan menuntut seluruh tenaga kesehatan memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitain ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan masa kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lakessi Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik dengan desain penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Lakessi sebanyak 84 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 80 tenaga kesehatan.Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat (uji statistik chi-square).Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja (ρ = 0, 01), Kepuasan kerja (ρ = 0,02), Masa kerja (ρ = 0,036) dengan kinerja tenaga pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lakessi Kota Parepare. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan masa kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Lakessi Kota Parepare.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini bertujuan untuk mereproduksi paragraf topik IPA yang difungsikan sebagai pembelajaran terpadu di kelas tinggi SD/MI. Fokus pembelajaran terpadu ini adalah Bahasa Indonesia yakni membaca dan menulis paragraf topik IPA sedangkan paduannya adalah materi IPA. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 013 Concong Tengah, Concong, Indragiri Hilir, Riau. Penelitian berlangsung di awal semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Subjek penelitian tindakan sekolah guru kelas tinggi berjumlah 3 guru. Instrumen penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah Lembar Kegiatan Guru (LKG) yang juga berisi petunjuk mereproduksi paragraf topik IPA dan contoh atau model paragraf topik IPA, kuesioner tentang objektivitas setiap paragraf yang disusun melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Setiap instrumen memenuhi syarat ilmiah. Data reproduksi paragraf IPA dianalisis secara tematik dengan sistem validasi nilai skala 1-4 oleh teman sejawat dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah adalah adanya 6 paragraf IPA yang saling lepas antara 5-7 kalimat pendek. Paragraf-1 bersubtopik tubuh manusia untuk kelas 4. Paragraf-2 bersubtopik hewan untuk kelas 4. Paragraf-3 bersubtopik yubuh manusia untuk kelas 5. Paragraf-4 bersubtopik hewan untuk kelas 5. Paragraf-5 bersubtopik tubuh manusia untuk kelas 6. Paragraf-6 bersubtopik hewan untuk kelas 6.
