Abstract

A multitude of patterns resulting from technological change have an influence on people's mental health. People in the digital era need strong mental health in order to prevent mental disease. Coupled with the pandemic condition that happened around two years ago, it also took a part of the economic chain stability in the public, which is really important for everyday daily life. From the literature studies that have been read, showed that approximately 20% of the Indonesian population has the potential to have a mental disorder. Based on the various mental health problems that occur, the approach using the psychosocial intervention method is a way that can be used as a solution. This study is literature review that Study efficacy of digital transformation method in psychological interview case, and research based on 48 journals from various online sources. The benefit of digital psychosocial intervention is saving cost for intervention time and making it easy for people to get intervention. This research aims to study how to use digital platforms as a means of solving psychosocial transformation. The result of this study found that digital psychosocial interventions have an efficacy that is given via several platforms.

Abstract

In machine manufacturing projects, fabrication planning is an important aspect because it is the basis for fabrication activities in optimizing time. Even though planning has been carried out, delays in project completion still occur in the field. This also happened at PT Intan Prima Kalorindo. This condition is not good cause delays in project completion have several negative impacts, including; wastage of time, additional costs, physical and psychological pressure on human resources, as well as continuity of trust in the company. this research aims to create a fabrication schedule for the TEWAC procurement project using the precedence diagram method which will be presented in a gantt chart with the Microsoft project application. This research will also present a list of required material components (bill of materials), determine the sequence of operational processes followed (Operation Process Chart) as a reference in mapping relationships between work and determining activities using the Precedence Diagram Method. TEWAC's fabrication schedule after calculation analysis using the Precedence Diagram Method resulted in a shorter implementation duration than the Company's schedule. There are 19 activities that are classified as critical paths (shown in red on the Gantt chart) that need attention. This is because the critical path can cause delays in the duration of project completion. The existence of critical activities itself can be used as a reference for prioritizing work and allocating existing resources in order to minimize the level of project delays

Abstract

The simplicity of packaging used by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can affect the low sales of a product. One such product experiencing this issue is the peanut chips product from the SME Dapur Kriyuk. Therefore, redesigning the packaging can be an alternative solution to increase sales. This study aims to determine a packaging design concept that aligns with consumer preferences. The method used was Kansei engineering through a survey involving 114 respondents, which resulted in 50 Kansei words. The survey results showed that 81.58% of respondents indicated the need to improve the current packaging. The grouping of 50 Kansei words produced 14 Kansei word attributes. These attributes were then analyzed to determine their importance and understand the priority of the packaging attributes. Based on factor analysis, five factors were identified representing the 14 Kansei word attributes: product aesthetics, packaging functionality, product information, sustainability and hygiene, and price information. These factors then served as a reference in designing two alternative packaging designs. The designs were further evaluated based on consumer preferences through a survey of 82 respondents. The results of the study showed that the weight score of Design A had a higher Kansei word attribute match score compared to Design B. Design A had a score of 4.39, while Design B had a score of 4.14, making Design A the selected alternative design. Design A uses a combination of environmentally friendly packaging colors, and the standing pouch packaging without a window creates consumer curiosity about the product contents, which is expected to encourage purchase decisions.
