Abstract

Abstrak: Kompetensi guru era digital perlu ditingkatkan. Masa pandemi Covid-19, hampir semua pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring (online). Pemahaman guru menggunakan perangkat teknologi harus selalu diperbaharui. Kenyataannya banyak guru yang belum menguasai dengan baik mengenai aplikasi penunjang pembelajaran daring. Hal ini mengakibatkan tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai secara maksimal. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan pada guru SDN Seberang Masjid 5 Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 14 orang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membekali guru agar terampil dalam menggunakan teknologi dan berliterasi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berfokus pada pemahaman guru tentang literasi digital dan implementasi literasi digital. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan ceramah, diskusi, dan pengenalan berbagai aplikasi penunjang pembelajaran daring dan aplikasi bacaan digital yang dapat diakses bebas oleh guru maupun peserta didik selama pembelajaran daring (online). Berdasarkan kegiatan sosialisasi yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil kompetensi pedagogik guru meningkat. Berdasarkan hasil angket diperoleh presentase 100% guru mampu menggunakan aplikasi digital dan 90% guru mampu mengaitkan dalam proses pembelajaran.Abstract: The competence of digital era teachers needs to be improved. During the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all learning is carried out online. Teachers' understanding of using technology tools must continually be updated. Many teachers do not have a good understanding of online learning support applications. This resulted in the learning objectives were not achieved optimally. The socialization activity was carried out on 14 teachers at SDN Seberang Masjid 5 Banjarmasin. The purpose of this community service activity is to equip teachers to be skilled in using technology and digital literacy. Community service activities focus on teachers' understanding of digital literacy and the implementation of digital literacy. The socialization was carried out through lectures, discussions, and the introduction of various online learning support applications and digital reading applications that teachers and students could freely access during online learning. Based on the socialization activities that have been carried out, the teacher's pedagogic competence results have increased. Based on the observations, it was obtained that 100% of teachers were able to use digital applications and 90% of teachers were able to relate them to the learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran AUD di masa pandemi Covid-19 mengalami banyak tantangan. Proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara blended learning memaksa guru dan orang tua untuk aktif memaksimalkan aspek perkembangan anak usia dini. Permasalahan umum adalah minimnya alat permainan edukatif (APE) yang memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar dan barang bekas. Alat permaianan yang digunakan selama ini kebanyakan diperoleh dari membeli dalam bentuk jadi. Hal ini diakibatkan kurangnya ide serta kreativitas guru untuk membuat APE dengan bahan baku yang mudah ditemui dan dikenali anak. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di PAUD Al Khair Barabai. Peserta pelatihan berjumlah 40 orang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membekali guru agar terampil dalam memanfaatkan limbah dan barang bekas sebagai bahan baku pembuatan alat peraga edukatif (APE). Tujuan lain dari kegiatan ini adalah mengurangi limbah rumah tangga yang sebagian besar adalah barang plastik dan kertas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan ceramah, diskusi, dana praktik pembuatan APE oleh guru PAUD Al Khair Barabai. Berdasarkan hasil angket pelatihan semua peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan sampai akhir dengan skor 100%. Pada angket hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan pemanfaatan lingkungan dan barang bekas, keterampilan guru meningkat dari 70% menjadi 95% guru mampu membuat alat peraga edukatif dengan beragam.Abstract: AUD learning during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced many challenges. The learning process that is carried out in a blended learning manner forces teachers and parents to actively maximize aspects of early childhood development. A common problem is the lack of educational game tools (APE) that utilize the surrounding environment and used goods. Game tools used so far are mostly obtained from buying in finished form. This is due to the lack of ideas and creativity of teachers to make APE with raw materials that are easily found and recognized by children. The training activities were carried out at PAUD Al Khair Barabai. The training participants totaled 40 people. The purpose of this community service activity is to equip teachers to be skilled in utilizing waste and used goods as raw materials for making educational aids (APE). Another goal of this activity is to reduce household waste, most of which are plastic and paper goods. Activities carried out with lectures, discussions, funds for the practice of making APE by PAUD Al Khair Barabai teachers. Based on the results of the training questionnaire, all participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity until the end with a score of 100%. In the questionnaire on the results of training on the use of the environment and used goods, the skills of teachers increased from 70% to 95% of teachers being able to make various educational aids.
