Abstract

Covid-19 is a respiratory infection caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. COVID-19 is transmitted through close physical contact and respiratory droplets and can be transmitted airborne during aerosol procedures. In Indonesia as of January 21, 2021, there have been 951,651 cases with the result that 772,790 patients recovered and 27,203 people died.Nurses treat patients directly at close distances and are often directly exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and have a high risk of experiencing COVID-19 disease (Hope et al, 2011). Preliminary reports suggest that the rate of COVID-19 infection among nurses is higher than during the SARS pandemic (Huang et al, 2020). The World Health Organization reports that more than 22,000 medical workers spread across 52 countries and regions have been infected with the corona virus (Covid-19). This research purpose to find out the factors that affect the performance of health workers in treating Covid-19 patients at Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital. This type of research isquantitative research with a cross sectional approach.This research was conducted in November 2021. There arethe influence of individual factors and organizational factors on the performance of health workers in treating Covid-19 patients at Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital.

Abstract

The incidence of Covid-19 is a pandemic that has hit the whole world. Health workers who treat Covid-19 patients are a group with a very high risk of exposure. The psychological response experienced by health workers to infectious disease pandemics is increasing because it is caused by feelings of anxiety. This study analyzes what factors influence the anxiety of health workers in preventing Covid-19 at Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital. This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The research population is health workers who are limited to doctors and nurses who are tasked with preventing, handling and caring for Covid-19 patients in the emergency room installation and isolation room at Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital Medan. Samples were taken using the Taro Yamane formula as many as 61 people. Methods of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method consisted of univariate, bivariate and multivariate using multiple logistic regression equations. The results of the study showed the influence of workload, community stigma, family status, knowledge and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) for health workers' anxiety in preventing Covid-19 in the Emergency Room and Pure Isolation Room of Teguh Memorial Hospital. The conclusion of the study is that the factors that influence the anxiety of health workers are workload, community stigma, family status, knowledge about Covid-19 prevention and the availability of PPE and workload is the dominant variable affecting the anxiety of health workers.

Abstract

Competition in a healthy hospital business lies in how to maintain patient trust as consumers or how to grow trust in prospective patients as consumers so that they want to seek treatment at the hospital. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) has great potential in influencing business performance, to give hospitals a competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze making a strategy to create an Integrated Marketing Communication strategy in order to increase the number of outpatient visits at the Royal Prima Hospital. This type of research is a qualitative research. The location of this research was conducted at the Royal Prima Hospital. Research informants are 1 head of outpatient installation, 3 medical staff, 3 old patients, 3 new patients. Data were collected by FGD, questionnaire, observation. The results show that the advertising strategy as part of increasing the number of outpatient visits at the Royal Prima Hospital has been carried out by the marketing department both with print media and electronic media, the personal selling strategy as part of increasing the number of outpatient visits at the Royal Prima Hospital has not been implemented. optimally, the public relations strategy as part of increasing the number of outpatient visits at the Royal Prima Hospital has been implemented well, the direct marketing strategy as part of increasing the number of outpatient visits at the Royal Prima Hospital in writing is good but verbal delivery is not optimal , the word of mouth strategy as part of increasing the number of outpatient visits at the Royal Prima Hospital in writing has been good but the verbal implementation has not been carried out properly. Abstract

The use of information and communication technology itself has grown rapidly throughout the world during the COVID-19 pandemic. Developed countries that have succeeded in reducing the number of COVID-19 cases have used various methods of using information and communication technology. Such as the use of tracking applications installed on cellular phones, payments using mobile payment applications, the installation of infrared heat detection cameras at the entrances of public places and crowds, even smart watches with applications that can collect data on heart rate, body temperature, and sleep patterns to detect signs of viral illness.The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of the Online Self-Assessment Application (Aladin) in the licensing process for clinics and pharmacies at the Medan City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office in 2021.This research is a descriptive type with a quantitative approach. In this survey research, a questionnaire is used as a research instrument, in the form of a sheet containing several questions with a standard structure as a research instrument. Based on the results of research from several journals using TAM analysis, it was found that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on attitudes toward using and actual system use. Their research results show that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on attitudes toward using and actual system use.

Abstract

Patient safety is a variable to measure and evaluate the quality of nursingservices that have an impact on health services. One of the safety services inhospitals starts from the accuracy of patient identification. Patientidentification errors at the beginning of the service will continue to the nextservice error. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect ofimplementing patient identification based on JCI accreditation standards onimproving the Patient Safety program at Royal Prima Hospital. This type ofresearch is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. Samplingtechnique The sampling technique in this study was to use the Slovinformula with a total sample of 124 patients. Data analysis in this study usedunivariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study explained thatthere was an influence between the implementation of patient identificationbased on the Plenary accreditation standard to the improvement of thePatient Safety program at the Royal Prima Hospital Medan with ap value of<0.007. Through this research, it is hoped that the Royal Prima HospitalMedan can improve the quality of nursing services, especially in theimplementation of identification based on the Plenary AccreditationStandards.

Abstract

Improving the health status of a community according to the World Health Organization (WHO) requires a minimum budget of 5% - 6% of the total state budget of a country, while to achieve the ideal health status a budget of 15% - 20% of the state budget is needed. A large enough budget is needed because health costs are quite high, while health must still be a priority because it is an investment to improve the health and productivity of its citizens. The District Health Account is a systematic, comprehensive and consistent way of monitoring the flow of funds/financing to the health system in a district/city. The purpose of this study was to analyze government-sourced health financing with a district health account (DHA) approach in Deli Serdang Regency in 2018-2020. This type of research is a quantitative study with a crosssectional design. Sampling technique The sampling technique in this study was the total population, that is, the entire population was used as the research sample.
