Abstract

Due to conditions that we can not bargain. Today, for example, we use the jiksou met hod / natural law, we use kitu in class. Tomorrow with different materials under different conditions. For example, today we enter at 1 o'clock, tomorrow we enter the last hour. Different conditions, different situations, obviously the reception is different. We can't force it because our target is students. So why are we shouting after the story, after this, then for the students there is nothing left. Our orientation is towards the students. If you ask my method, I don't know what method to use. Under certain conditions I use discussions, under certain conditions I use lectures of various kinds. Sometimes I also use the gallery word method for walking exhibitions. In the past, galleryword was a work visit, sometimes I also use field observations. The bottom line depends on the creativity of the teacher. The more creative the teacher, the more fun learning will be.

Abstract

Most countries in the world are currently facing the 4.0 industrial revolution, including our beloved country, Indonesia. The industrial revolution 4.0 is an innovation that uses or fully implements information and communication technology. Or it can be said as robotization technology. Artificial intelligence and the internet have largely replaced the role of humans. So that from this industrial revolution raises concerns about the role of humans in life. Because of this, the industrial revolution 5.0 or better known as Society 5.0 emerged. Society5.0 is an innovation in the world of technology that aims to solve problems that arose in the industrial era 4.0. Abstract

The development of ICT in education means that in the 21st century there has been a revolution in learning resources which mandates that the role of the teacher is no longer the only source of learning and the classroom is no longer the only place of learning. The virtual world with Google, Wikipedia and Kindle is also a place for learning without being limited by space and time. Therefore, teachers' external challenges in learning will become increasingly complex. To support a learning process that keeps up with current developments, the Educational Information and Communication Technology Center (BTIKP) is usually under the auspices of the Provincial Education Service in a region. This center is really needed to support the creation of tools, methods, models, resources and learning media in schools. Especially in Gorontalo Province, BTIKP has not yet been formed. So the demands and needs of school education are still very minimal, let alone the availability of appropriate learning devices. To answer this problem, research is needed that proves that BTIKP is important to be formed to support the learning process in Gorontalo City schools.
