Abstract

Testing of bacterial contamination in food and beverage products is carried out by breeding bacteria in product samples. After the bacteria multiply in the sample, the number of colonies is calculated on the sample. The processing process requires time and accuracy of the laboratory. The purpose of this study is to build an application for identification and calculation of bacterial colonies using feature extraction methods. From the results of experiments on 11 sample samples of 81,82% bacterial colonies successfully identified.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembelajaran di laboratorium bagi siswa harus didukung oleh peralatan dan bahan yang memadai agar dapat berjalan dengan baik. Peralatan yang digunakan dalam praktik laboratorium Pemrograman Labview membutuhkan perangkat keras National Instruments yang relatif mahal. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan modul laboratorium untuk pemrograman LabView. Modul ini menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Mega sebagai komponen utama dan melibatkan beberapa perangkat input / output seperti Ligth Emitting Diodes (LEDs), saklar, motor servo, motor DC, layar LED dot matrix, 7-segmen, dan beberapa sensor, yaitu , ultrasonik, sensor suhu dan kelembaban.

Abstract

The use of thermal cameras is currently very widespread in both the industrial and health world. Application in the health sector, especially for measuring the patient's body temperature, certainly requires a good level of accuracy so that the patient's temperature reading results are reliable. In this study, two types of thermal cameras were evaluated, namely the MLX 90640 and AMG8833. The MLX 90640 thermal camera is connected to a raspberry pi and the scanned image is displayed on the monitor screen. The two thermal cameras were evaluated in terms of the accuracy of temperature readings and the resolution of the images. The test results of the two thermal cameras, the average accuracy of MLX90640 = 3,7% while for AMG8833 = 21,9%. In terms of image resolution, the MLX90640 temperature scan is better than the AMG8833.

Abstract

Pembejaran Praktikum di laboratorium harus didukung dengan peralatan dan bahan yang dibutuhkan, tanpa peralatan maka proses pembelajaran tidak akan berjalan dengan baik. Praktik Internet of Things membutuhkan modul praktik sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengimplementasikan internet of thing pada berbagai kasus Pada Penelitian ini dibangun modul praktik Internet of Things. Modul tersebut menggunakan NodeMCU sebagai pengendali, dengan perangkat input / output : motor DC, LED, sensor ultrasonic, pushbuton,, sensor suhu dan sensor kelembaban serta sensor sidik jari Pada penelitian ini juga telah disusun jobsheet sebagai panduan dalam pembelajaran praktik yang membahas tentang pengenalan perangkat, pengontrolan perangkat, remote sensing dan akuisisi data melalu aplikasi blynk serta website. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada industri manufaktur saat ini semakin canggih sehingga Industri telah banyak menerapkan teknologi artificial intelligence dalam produk yang dihasilkan. Pada kurikulum Program Studi Diploma 4 Teknologi Rekayasa System Elekronika Jurusan Teknik Elektro Politeknik Negeri Pontianak terdapat mata kuliah Artificial Intelligence pada semester 6, namun belum tersedia peralatan untuk paktikumum mata kuliah tersebut. Peralatan paktikumum tersebut sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan paktikum karena mahasiswa akan lebih mudah dalam memahami dan bisa membuat program untuk implementasi artificial Intelligence terutama machine vision. Pada Penelitian ini dibangun dua unit robot beroda yang dilengkapi dengan kamera, dengan fitur artificial Intellgence : object recognition, traffic card recognition, face recognition, dan line tracking

Abstract

The community service program is one of the knowledges implementation activities to be useful in the community. This program is also can be used as socializing the D-IV Study Program in Electronics System Engineering Technology (TRSE), Pontianak State Polytechnic to the students in high school. The location of activities was Islamic Boarding School of Hidayatul Muslimin 1 Islamic Boarding School, Kubu Raya Regency. This school including orphanage, Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Junior High School), and Ulya Equivalency Education (High School Level). This program was carried out using service learning method by providing practical technology implementation and brief training on the use of the technology provided. The activities include were build-up dan installations of Prayer Time Clocks (JWS) and water purification systems for wudhu at the Sulaiman Mosque (for female students). In addition to the installation, the school was also given socialization about the installation and use of JWS and the importance of clean water in student’s daily activities. The implementation of this activity, it is hoped that the TRSE Study Program of Pontianak State Polytechnic can be widely recognized and bring more benefits to the community.
