Abstract

Local authority has the imperative rules to obtain community satisfaction through its performance. Quality services delivered to community driving prosperous local authority to delight community. Therefore, this research attempt to develop framework on community satisfaction through service quality dimensions. Important satisfaction analysis is deployed to measure community satisfaction towards service quality provided by local authority. The gap from this analysis enables to cater the level of importance and satisfaction of service quality provided by local authority. This method proposed in this study facilitates local authority to perform service excellence for the community.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To test and analyze the influence of Non-Performance Loans (NPLs) and Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO) on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, 2) To test and analyze the influence of Non-Performance Loans ( NPL) and Operational Costs Operating Income (BOPO) on the Earning Per Share (EPS) of PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, 3) To test and analyze the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) on the Earning Per Share (EPS) of PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, 4) To test and analyze Non-Performance Loans (NPL) ), on the Earning Per Share (EPS) through PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Return On Equity (ROE) variable and 5) To test and analyze the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) on the Earning Per Share (EPS) through PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Return On Equity (ROE). This study uses secondary data, namely data obtained from the annual report of Bank Sahabat Sampoerna from 2015 - 2018. PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna with a research sample of 48. The sampling technique uses random sampling techniques. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was the influence of Non-Performance Loans (NPL) and Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, 2) there wasn't an influence of Non-Performance Loans (NPL) and Operating Costs Operational (BOPO) on PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Earning Per Share (EPS), 3) Return on Equity (ROE) not influence on PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Earning Per Share, 4) No Non-Performance Loan (NPL) effect, on the Earning Per Share through the Return On Equity variable (ROE) of PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna and 5) there is no effect of Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) on the Earning Per Share (EPS) through the Return on Equity (ROE) of PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of empirically examining the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), partially on stock prices with the intervening variable interest rates in the banking company (Bank Rayat Indonesia Tbk). In addition, this study empirically examines the effect of ROA, CAR, and interest rates simultaneously on the stock price of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. In this study the authors used quantitative research with an associative approach. Types of secondary data from Quarter I 2010- Quarter IV 2020 data taken from Bank BRI's website on the IDX. Data analysis used classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and path analysis. For the coefficient of determination (R2), where it is found that the greatest direct contribution is the interest rate variable to the stock price of 50.1%, while the indirect contribution is ROA and CAR to stock prices through interest rates of 0.513 or 51.3%.

Abstract

Every organization aims to have the best performance, therefore, the quality of employees greatly determines the progress of the organization. Employees who are happy with their work routines will be more productive, while those who are dissatisfied with employees will be less productive and are more likely to want to quit their jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of  work discipline and job promotion on job satisfaction. It determines the effect of work discipline and job promotion on employee performance. It determines the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance while determining the effect of work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction and job promotion on performance. LLP-KUKM employees are involved through job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study was 80 employees. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the analysis show that work discipline and promotion have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work discipline and promotion have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. Work discipline affects employee performance through job satisfaction of LLP-KUKM employees. Job promotion has an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at LLP-KUKM.

Abstract

Today, in our global era, the rate of return on investment is a benchmark for companies in making business decisions, where the rate of return on investment is one of the factors for making these decisions. In addition, the exchange rate is another important factor to analyze in the manufacturing business world, because the exchange rate is closely related to purchase raw materials organizing from exports and imports. In addition, profitability is the company's measuring power in terms of getting profits. Besides that, the manufacturing companies contained in LQ45 are very dependent on the stock price which is the measuring power in making the company's management decisions. For this reason, this study aimed to determine the magnitude of the partial and simultaneous effect of ROI, exchange rate on stock prices including LQ45 in the manufacturing sector through profitability on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, where the level of influence between ROI, exchange rate on profitability is 0.741 or 74.1%, where there is a strong relationship between ROI, exchange rate on profitability. Then, the level of influence between ROI, the exchange rate on stock prices where the calculation results are 3.537 or 35.37%, namely there is a fairly strong relationship between ROI and the exchange rate on stock prices. Then, there is a strong relationship between profitability and stock price of 0.692 or 69.92%. Meanwhile, between ROI on stock prices through profitability where the direct influence of ROI on stock prices is greater than the indirect effect (3.290> 1.564) meaning that profitability is not an intervening variable in this study, as well as for the exchange rate on stock prices through profitability where the value of the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect (3.537> 1.222), which means that profitability is not an intervening variable in this study.
