This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture and work environment on widyaiswara performance, and analyze the dominant influence among the three variables on widyaiswara performance. This type of research is quantitative which is designed to answer the problems that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved as well as to test hypotheses. The sample size was selected using full sampling, namely 161 widyaiswara respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that transformational leadership plays an important role in work activities, where work action-oriented transformational leadership influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that transformational leadership has an effect on the performance of widyaiswara. Organizational culture that is loaded with values and working principles influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that organizational culture influences the performance of widyaiswara. Work environment that is integrated with work dynamics influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that the work environment has an effect on the performance of widyaiswara. Dominant transformational leadership influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that transformational leadership is charismatic, inspiring, shows intellectual stimulation and individual considerations have an effect on increasing widyaiswara performance.
