Abstract

This research was conducted in social health center ofLimboto. The aimed of research to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. In addition, researchers want to know their patients' satisfaction after treatment at Social Health Center of Limboto. This research use quantitative descriptive method with cross sectional approach. The totals sample of 60 people. Taken sampling bytotal sampling. This research used traditional statistical test Spearman Rho. The result showed that (p) = 0,00<α = 0.05. While using statistical tests obtained Spearman Rho correlation coefficient (r) = 0.77 with high-level relations / strong. The conclusion that there is a relationship between the qualities of health services to the people's interests went to the social health center of Limboto Gorontalo regency.

Abstract

Pain is a clinical manifestation that is experienced by the patient of post operation and one of the pain management is nonfarmacology therapeutic in the form of distraction. The aim of the research is to find out the therapeutic of Murottal Al-Qur’an and Dhikr toward the reduction of pain scale of the patient of post Laparatomy. The design of the research is Quasy Experiment of Non Equivalent Control Group Pretest Postest. The sample consist of 14 people with accidental sampling technique and the data is analiyzed by using Paired Sample Test. The result showed that the intensity of the pain is reduced from moderate pain to mild pain with mean difference 1.875 with the statistical test is p=0,000 (p<0,05) therefore it can be concluded that Murottal Al-Qur’an and Dhikr therapy gives impact on the reduction of pain scale.

Abstract

This research was conducted at working area of Social Health Center Dungingi at Gorontalo City. The aimed of this research is to know the effecting of external and internal factor toward HIV/AID on toddlers in working area of Social Health Center Dungingi at Gorontalo City. This research is done with used descriptive analytic method, with design of research cross sectional study. The result showed the toddlers in working area of Social Helath Center Dungingi not getting the effect from the friends in the same age, that is many as 88,7%, not effecting by social media that is as many as 89,7%. The knowledge about HIV/AID infection in positive category, that is as many as 100%. Toddlers in working area of Social Health Center Dungingi the not effect by HIV/AID virus.
