Abstract

Syncope is a temporary loss of consciousness consequence hypoperfusion cerebral global transient characterized with onset fast, duration which short and recovery spontaneous. Lost consciousness due to decreased blood flow to system Activation reticular and no need therapy electricity or chemistry for back to normal . The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of Adolescent Red Cross (PMR) students in first aid for handling syncope at SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru . This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method with a sample of 20 respondents obtained by using consecutive sampling technique. The results showed that 16 respondents lacked knowledge and 4 respondents had good knowledge. It can be concluded that this shows that the level of knowledge of Adolescent Red Cross (PMR) students in first aid for handling syncope is still in the poor category.

Abstract

Sinkop merupakan suatu keadaan hilangnya kesadaran dan kekuatan tubuh seorang individu yang terjadi secara mendadak, serta disertai dengan pemulihan kondisi individu tersebut. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa PMR dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama pada sinkop. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan metode pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan. Jumlah sampel dalam pelatihan ini adalah 20 orang. Analisis hasil menggunakan uji paired t-test, pada penilaian pre-test di dapatkan nilai mean 1,05 dengan standar deviasi 0,224, pada penilaian post-test didapatkan nilai mean 1,80 dengan standar deviasi 0,410 sehingga didapatkan nilai P-Value 0,000 dengan ɑ < 0,05. Ini berarti sebelum diberikan pelatihan pertolongan pertama pada sinkop, nilai yang didapatkan siswa masih di bawah. Setelah diberikan pelatihan terdapat peningkatan nilai. Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat signifikan perubahan dan peningkatan kemampuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan

Abstract

This research was conducted in social health center ofLimboto. The aimed of research to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. In addition, researchers want to know their patients' satisfaction after treatment at Social Health Center of Limboto. This research use quantitative descriptive method with cross sectional approach. The totals sample of 60 people. Taken sampling bytotal sampling. This research used traditional statistical test Spearman Rho. The result showed that (p) = 0,00<α = 0.05. While using statistical tests obtained Spearman Rho correlation coefficient (r) = 0.77 with high-level relations / strong. The conclusion that there is a relationship between the qualities of health services to the people's interests went to the social health center of Limboto Gorontalo regency.

Abstract

This study is to investigate discard planning performed by the nurses with capability in organizing nutrition to diabetes type II patients. The design used is pre-experimental study with one group pre and post test design. The sample is 10 patients. The data is analyzed by using paired t test. The result shows that there is a significant relationship of discard planning performed by nurses with their capability in organizing nutrition to diabetes type II patients with value 0.000 ka= 0.05). it is suggested that the nurses should give discard planning treatment comprehensively to the patients before they go home.

Abstract

Saat ini penyakit TB paru masih sebagai salah satu prioritas pemberantasan penyakit menular. Perhitungan  World Health Organization (WHO) menunjukkan bahwa saat ini ditemukan 8 sampai 10 juta kasus baru diseluruh dunia dan dari jumlah kasus tersebut 3 juta mengalami kematian pertahunnya, ini disebabkan banyaknya penderita yang tidak berhasil disembuhkan, kesimpulan awal peneliti bahwa pasien tidak patuh terhadap program pengobatan TB. Dukungan keluarga sebagai pengawas menelan obat diduga menjadi penyebab ketidak patuhan penderita.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan dukungan keluarga sebagai pengawas menelan obat (PMO) dengan kepatuhan berobat pasien TB Paru.Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional study.Populasi dan sampel adalah semua penderita TB di Puskesmas Buladusampai dengan bulan Desember tahun 2014 sebanyak 34 orang penderita. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling.Data dikumpul dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaPasien TB paru diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Buladu 79,4% memiliki dukungan keluarga yang baik dan 82,4% patuh berobat. Terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga sebagai PMO dengan  kepatuhan berobat pasien TB Paru dengan nilai signifikansi (p=0,000).Untuk itu disarankan petugas Puskemas Buladu khususnya perawat dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien melalui pemberian informasi atau penyuluhan tentang pengobatan TB paru

Abstract

Cardiac arrest is one of the emergency conditions that can be life-threatening. The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of Pulmonary Resuscitation Action Simulation (CPR) on Motivation of Students in Helping Victims of Cardiac Arrest in SMAN 1 Telaga. The sample was 76 respondents taken by using purposive sampling techniques. The design is quasy experiment with one group pre-post design and using questionnaire sheets to obtain data from respondents. The results of the study obtained a P-value of 0.00 (<= 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of CPR action simulations on the level of motivation in helping victims of cardiac arrest in SMAN 1 Telaga. It suggests that the school especially students can utilize the experience and knowledge gained from simulation activities in order to increase motivation to help victims of cardiac arrest.  Furthermore, it is possible to examine other factors that can increase motivation levels that were not discussed in this study

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out Soak Feet on Warm Water Therapy with Combination of Dzikir on hypertension Incidence at Puskesmas Dungaliyo. Design of research used pre-eksperiment design with one group pre test-post test approach. Abstract

Luka bakar merupakan keadaan hilangnya jaringan dan kerusakan yang dipicu oleh sumber panas seperti air panas, listrik, api, radiasi dan bahan kimia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Tingkat Pengetahuan Masyarakat Tentang Penanganan Luka Bakar. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probabilitas sampling  dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Kota Timur Kecamatan Kota Timur Kota Gorontalo tergolong dalam kategori cukup (56,0%) dan dapat dilihat bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang salah dengan menggunakan pasta gigi untuk penanganan luka bakar (73,0%). Sehingga perlu diberikan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai penanganan luka bakar

Abstract

Triage merupakan suatu kegiatan memilih dan memilah pasien yang akan masuk ke Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD), dari proses memilih dan memilah pasien yang masuk ke Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) akan di kategorikan kedalam pasien true emergency dan false emergency. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan ketepatan penilaian triage dengan tingkat keberhasilan penangan pasien di ruang Instalasi Gawat Darurat IGD RSUD DR. M.M. Dunda Limboto. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian korelasional dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling dengan 28 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketepatan penilaian triage yang baik pada pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan penanganan. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p value = 0,001 (>0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan ketepatan penilaian triage dengan tingkat keberhasilan penanganan pasien di Instalansi Gawat Darurat RSUD MM Dunda Limboto.

Abstract

The pain is a condition in the form of feeling that is not fun is very subjective because the feeling the pain different everyone in the scale or level and just the people that can explain or evaluate the pain that she had. Massage is the act of emphasis by hands on the soft tissue, usually the muscles tendos or ligamen without led to a shift or changes in the position of joints in order to reduce pain, produce relaxation,and or increase circulation. Research purposes : diketahuinya the effectiveness of therapy massage the foot  of the decline in pain  scale in patients in the surgery fraktur ekstremitas down in the room a scalpel in RSUD Type B in the health center Provincial Government Gorontalo. The study desingn used  in  this  study is  purposive  sampling  with  the  draft  random  assingnment control group pre test and post test with 30 of the respondents splits over 15 control group and 15 group intervention in patients in the surgery fraktur and data analysis using dependen test. The results : there was a decrease in pain scale after do therapy massage foot in the group intervention with p value 0,000 the suggestion therapy massage feet can be one of the intervension independent of nursing that can be done by the nurse to lose the intensity of the pain of the client in the surgery.
