Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media booklet CHERLYS dengan pendekatan konstruktivistik terhadap hasil belajar dan respon siswa SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak pada materi hidrolisis garam.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dan rancangan penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA3 sebagai kelas kontrol dan XI IPA4 kelas eksperimen. penggumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan angket respon. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji U-Mann Whitney menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa kelas kontrol dan siswa kelas eksperimen yang diberi pembelajaran menggunakan media booklet CHERLYS dengan pendekatan kontruktivistik. Berdasarkan perhitungan effect size diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh media booklet CHERLYS terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 35,54%. Respon siswa terhadap media booklet CHERLYS dengan pendekatan konstruktivistik diperoleh rata-rata tingkat persetujuan sebesar 90,91% yang tergolong sangat kuat.  Kata Kunci : Media Booklet, Konstruktivistik, Hasil Belajar  Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of contructivist approach of CHERLYS booklet media towards learning outcome and response of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak students on salt hydrolysis material. The research method was quasi-experimental and the research design was nonequivalent control group design. The study sample were the students of XI grade of IPA3 as control class and XI grade of IPA4 as experimental class. Data were collected by using learning outcome test and response questionnaire. The result of data analysis using U-Mann Whitney test showed the differences of learning outcome between students of control class and students of experimental class that were taught by using constructivist approach of CHERLYS booklet media. Based on calculation of effect size showed there were significant effect of CHERLYS booklet media to increase learning outcome around 35,54%. Student’s response towards constructivist approach of CHERLYS booklet media obtained a strong average rate of approval around 90,91%.  Keyword : booklet media, constructivist, the learning outcome
