Abstract

In the Administration at PT. Reinsurance Indonesia Utama letter is an important means of important and confidential information related to the agency contained in it. Timeliness in receiving letters must be carried out quickly and precisely. Because of that, a better and structured mail receipt information system process is needed to be faster in searching for existing data and in the process of making reports. This letter receipt system has the following capabilities: This reception system is run on a computer operational network in the administration section of PT. Reinsurance Indonesia Utama, administrative officers can access the system by entering the correct admin login, can change, search, and save the letter. The research methods used are observation, interviews, literature studies, systems analysis, proposed system design, system testing, and system implementation. The result of this design is to produce an application that can manage letters according to the specified flow, and solve existing problems.

Abstract

Decision support system is one part of the benefits of information systems that can be a guide for users in determining the best choice from several available options. Some consumer considerations in making purchases online illustrate that there are factors that influence consumer decisions in making purchases of goods. This study refers to the level of decision and consumer satisfaction in choosing the best online food delivery service platform so that it can provide an alternative problem solving in making a decision. The use of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method in this study was used to determine the choice of the best online food delivery platform from the 3 available options, namely Grabfood, Gofood and Shopeefood. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents aged 18-40 years to analyze and test the 5 (five) specified criteria including price, promotion, service, security and speed. Assessment of the selection of online food delivery service platforms with these criteria uses pairwise comparison scale with an importance level from 1-9 intervals. The research results based on the weight of each of these criteria, namely speed 0.161, security 0.253, service 0.251, promotion 0.174 and price 0.161 as well as the percentage of online food delivery platforms chosen by respondents are as follows: Grabfood 36.02%, Gofood 34.14 %, and Shopeefood 29.84%. From this study, it can be concluded that Grabfood is an online food delivery platform that is most in demand by the current millennial generation.

Abstract

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) merupakan kegiatan rutin tahunan yang dilaksanakan oleh masing-masing sekolah atau madrasah, dimana saat ini masih cukup banyak sekolah atau madrasah yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam proses pendaftaran siswa baru yang meliputi pengolahan data, penyimpanan data hingga pelaporan data. Dengan adanya sistem baru ini maka calon siswa baru dapat melakukan proses pendaftaran secara online, mengakses informasi penting yang disediakan dan juga mempermudah  panitia PPDB dalam mengelola data pendaftaran siswa baru. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) dengan pendekatan OOP (Object Oriented Programming) yang terdiri dari fase perencanaan, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian. Perancangan sistem informasi PPDB ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan semua pihak khususnya panitia penerimaan siswa baru dan calon siswa baru sehingga dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study examines the satisfaction of the public towards the inaRISK application, based on the calculation of the Public Satisfaction Index using the guidelines outlined in the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation No. 14 of 2017 regarding the public satisfaction survey on public service delivery. The findings reveal that the calculated index score is 83.46, falling within the range of 76.61 - 88.30, indicating a "B" level of service quality, categorized as Good. This suggests that overall, the inaRISK application is considered to be of good quality and is well-received by the public. The study further examines nine service indicators, finding that the highest satisfaction score is attributed to the Facilities and Infrastructure indicator, with an index score of 3.665 and a conversion score of 91.62. This indicates that users are satisfied with the consultation and complaint handling services provided by the inaRISK application (such as ease of filing complaints and follow-up actions). On the other hand, the lowest satisfaction score is observed in the Speed of Response indicator, with an index score of 3.170 and a conversion score of 79.26. In conclusion, this research shows that the inaRISK application receives positive feedback from the public, indicating good quality in public service delivery. However, there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of response speed, to enhance user satisfaction and overall performance of the application.

Abstract

KBIH Ibnu Aqil is part of the Agus Salim Bogor Haji Foundation which operates in the field of training and guidance for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The registration system implemented by KBIH Ibnu Aqil is still carried out by the congregation having to come directly to the foundation, this is felt to make it less easy for the congregation to find out information regarding the details of the registration process, the costs incurred and also the departure schedule related to the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah. Furthermore, the process of creating the registration report takes a long time, because it is still done manually by recording it in stages. Therefore, with these problems, a web-based registration information system is needed to overcome problems in the current system, this aims to facilitate registration and dissemination of information. The research method used was direct observation and interviews with the admin and chairman of KBIH. Meanwhile, the software development method used is the waterfall method and the application creation uses CodeIgniter as a PHP framework, and the database uses MySQL. The expected results from designing a web-based Hajj and Umrah registration information system at KBIH Ibnu Aqil are expected to improve the services provided to pilgrims and become a solution to existing problems.
