Abstract

 The main problem in this thesis is that there are differences in the application and there has been no implementation of sharia principles at the Satria Syariah Batusangkar Hotel. This hotel was only established as a guest house in 2016, then renovated and made into a hotel in 2019. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of sharia at the Satria Syariah Batusangkar hotel with the tourism and creative economy PERMEN approach number 2 in 2014.The type of research that the author uses is field research, in this study the author will discuss the differences in the application and what sharia principles have not been applied to at the Hotel Satria Syariah Batusangkar based on PERMEN tourism and creative economy number 2 of 2014. Data collection techniques used the authors use is through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner.From the research that the author conducted in the field, it can be concluded that, from the aspect of management, product, service according to the new moon 1 (which is absolute) there are still differences in the application or even not applying sharia principles at all, the first aspect of management is business management, the second aspect products, namely public toilets, kitchens, and prayer rooms. The three service aspects are housekeeping, food and beverages. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis using a graph, it can be concluded that the hotel is in quadrant 3 which means it has a very large opportunity from the outside environment in the application of sharia principles but the hotel has weaknesses from the internal resources of the hitel itself. The focus of a hotel's strategy in this condition should be to eliminate internal weaknesses so that it can concentrate on pursuing available environmental opportunities in order to implement sharia principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana UMKM sikumbang songket menjadi daya tarik pada ekonomi kreatif pariwisata di Padang Panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam membangun sebuah usaha harus pandai dalam memilih peluang dan bisa mengambil resiko. Selain itu, pelaku umkm dpat meningkatkan kualitas baik barang mauapun jasa seperti pelayanan yang ramah dan baik kepada konsumen. Selain itu, pelaku usaha juga pandai dalam melakukan pemasaran dan menempatkan strategi yang baik sehingga dapat menarik konsumen seperti adanya keunggulan dari produk pesaing atau adanya daya tarik seperti edukasi pembuatan songket misalnya.

Abstract

Bukittinggi kota wisata yang menjadi unggulan di daerah Sumatera Barat yang memiliki banyak atraksi dan budaya yang beraneka ragam, keunikan Rumah Gadang, pakaian adat, tarian adat, kesenian, kuliner dan destinasi yang berpotensi untuk menjadi destinasi unggulan. Pengembangan pariwisata memang membutuhkan banyak pihak terkait salah satunya adalah pemerintah. Pemerintah Kota Bukittinggi khususnya Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi dari tahun ke tahun terus mengembangkan objek wisata dan fasilitas – fasilitasnya tujuannya tak lain adalah untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisata ke kota Bukittinggi. Sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi memiliki peranan yang sangat besar terutama dalam pengembangan pariwisata beserta fasilitas di objek wisata Taman Margasatwa dan Budaya Kinantan. Penelitian kali ini dengan deskriptif pendekatan Kualitatif karena penulis akan menganalisa peran Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi yang antara lain sebagai motivator, fasilitator dan dinamisator. Peran ini juga berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan fasilitas di Taman Margasatwa dan Budaya Kinantan Kota Bukittinggi, dimana Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi berperan untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan fasilitas utama berupa kandang binatang, fasilitas pendukung seperti kursi duduk, jalan setapak hingga tulisan Benteng Ford De Kock dan fasilias penunjang seperti lokasi pengambilan gambar bergaya modern atau spot foto hingga fasilitas penunjang jaringan nirkabel.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Kue Sapik Gula Aren   as a support for the tourist attraction of South Solok Regency. The research method used is through a qualitative approach using the SWOT analysis method and the data used in this study are primary and secondary data, data collection techniques by observation and interviews. The data obtained from the results of data collection is then analyzed using SWOT analysis to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Kue Sapik Gula Aren as asupporting tourist attraction in South Solok Regency. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Kue Sapik Gula Aren has the strengths 1 it has a unique taste that comes from palm sugar 2 Kue Sapik Gula Aren can only be found in South Solok 3 has been certified halal from the MUI, and the opportunity 1 can be a support for new tourist attractions in South Solok Regency 2 promote traditional culinary 3 promote the economy of the surrounding community. With these strengths and opportunities, can take advantage of existing opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and also being able to overcome various kinds of threats from the Kue Sapik Gula Aren. Thus, this Kue Sapik Gula Aren can be used as a support for the tourist attraction of South Solok Regency.
