Abstract

AbstractIndustrial Work Practices should provide sufficient provisions to prepare students to enter the business world and the industrial world. This effort was carried out in order to improve the quality of vocational high school graduates in creating education relevance to the demands of the workforce. This study uses a quantitative approach, the research method used is the relationship study method. The population in this study amounted to 98 people. The sample in this study amounted to 78 people. Collection techniques can be in the form of indirect communication techniques and documentary study techniques. Testing of the prerequisites used includes the Normality Test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity test. Data Analysis The research used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that industrial work practices have an effect on the work readiness of students of the SMTI class XII Pontianak, work motivation of students can influence the work readiness of students of class XII SMTI Pontianak. industrial work practices and work motivation together (simultaneous) affect the work readiness of students of class XII of SMTI Pontianak. Keywords : Industrial Work Practices, Pontianak SMTI Vocational School, Work Motivation, Work Readiness.

Abstract

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi di kelas X SMA Islam BAWARI Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian eksperimen berpura-pura (Quasy experiment). sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X A dan kelas X B berjumlah 80 siswa tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar ekonomi kelas eksperimen mendapat nilai rata-rata 79,21 dan hasil belajar ekonomi kelas kontrol mendapat nilai rata-rata 73,03. Terdapat perbedaan yang positif dan signifikan antara hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi yang diajar dengan model mind mapping dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, di mana nilai kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan dengan nilai kelas kontrol di kelas X SMA Islam BAWARI Pontianak. Sedangkan effect size nya tergolong tinggi adalah sebesar 0,94.   Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping Abstract: This research aims to recognize the effectiveness of mind mapping teaching method on learning result in economics subject study of tenth grade in Bawari Islamic Senior High School. The method of this research is experiment in a from quasy experiment. The source of data of this research are 80 students which consist of X A students and X B students of academic year 2014/2015. The result of data analysis shows that learning result of economics subject study in experiment class achieved 79,21 of average score and 73,03 of its controlled class. There is a positive and significant difference between learning result of economics subject study which is taught by using mind mapping method and conventional way of teaching in which experiment class score is better than the controlled class one. Furthermore, the effect size score is in high category which is 0,94.   Keywords : Mind Mapping Teaching Method
