<![CDATA[Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan teknik dasar forehand dalam tenis meja menggunakan dinding pantul. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif ialah penelitian yang berusaha mendeskripsikan suatu gejala, peristiwa, kejadian yang terjadi saat sekarang. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang melibatkan 2 variabel yaitu variabel bebas dinding pantul dan variabel terikat yaitu teknik dasar forehanddalam tenis meja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas VIII A di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 11 Pontianak yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan teknik dasar forehand dalam tenis meja menggunakan dinding pantul pada siswa kelas VIII A di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 11 Pontianak. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan teknik dasar forehand dalam tenis meja yang cukup baik, yaitu pada siklus I 19,18 jadi peningkatan sebesar 37%. Sedangkan pada siklus II 26,43 jadi peningkatan sebesar 89%. Kata Kunci: Teknik Dasar Tenis Meja, Dinding Pantul Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the basic techniques of table tennis forehand using reflective wall. The method used in this research is descriptive research. Descriptive research is research that seeks to describe a symptom, events, events that occur while now. This research is a form of action research (PTK) that involves two variables are independent variables and the dependent variable reflective wall is the basic technique forehand in table tennis. Subjects in this study were students of class VIII A in Junior High School 11 Pontianak totaling 32 students. These results indicate there is an increase in the basic technique in table tennis forehand using reflective wall at class VIII A in Junior High School 11, Pontianak. This is evidenced by the increase in the basic technique in table tennis forehand pretty good, that in the first cycle 19.18 so an increase of 37%.
