Abstract

Stres kerja merupakan faktor penting bagi karyawan karena mempengaruhi hasil kerja karyawan. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Work From Home, Work Family Conflict Terhadap Stress Kerja Karyawan PT. Japfa Unit Manado Di Masa Pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Japfa Unit Manado yang berjumlah 98 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 50 orang responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji F, uji t untuk pengujian hipotesis dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan pengujian simultan ditemukan bahwa work from home dan work family conflict secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stress kerja karyawan PT. Japfa Unit Manado. Berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial work from home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja karyawan PT. Japfa Unit Manado. Berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial ditemukan bahwa work family conflict berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stress kerja karyawan PT. Japfa Unit Manado. Sehingga sebaiknya perusahaan semakin memperhatikan variabel work from home dan work family conflict karena secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan stress kerja karyawan. Abstract

This study focuses on determining the role of organizational citizenship behavior or OCB as a mediator the relationship between self-actualization, psychological well-being, and the work environment on the performance of health workers with studies during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Data were collected from 89 nurses who work in hospitals owned by police institutions in Manado City, Indonesia. Respondents were surveyed directly about their perceptions related to the research topic. The results showed that OCB acts as a mediator between self-actualization, psychological well-being, and the work environment on the performance of health workers. Directly only the work environment has an insignificant effect on the performance of health workers, while other variables indicate a positive and significant relationship. These findings contribute to hospital management and other relevant institutions, as well as human resource research during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of the limitations of this study are described at the end of this article.
