Abstract

Improving employee performance is one of the efforts made by every company or organization to achieve a goal. In a company there are factors to improve performance, one of which is work motivation and work discipline. This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) the effect of work discipline on employee performance and (3) the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade of Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative study using the SPSS version 23 data processing program. The sample in this study was 56 employees. In analyzing the data using descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test and F test. The results showed that partially or simultaneously work motivation and work discipline affect employee performance. In the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) a value of 0.548 is obtained. This shows that the magnitude of the influence of work motivation and work discipline is 54.8%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the mechanism for collecting and depositing parking fees at UPT Kepanjen. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to provide an in-depth picture of the process of collecting and depositing parking fees. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation involving various related parties, such as parking officers, UPT managers and parking service users. The research results show that the mechanism for collecting parking fees at UPT Kepanjen still faces several obstacles, such as a lack of transparency, a recording system that is not yet integrated, and minimal supervision. Apart from that, retribution payments also require improvements in terms of efficiency and accountability. This research recommends several improvements, including the application of information technology for recording and monitoring systems, increased training for parking officers, as well as stricter enforcement of rules to ensure parking fees are deposited on time and in accordance with established procedures. In this way, it is hoped that the mechanism for collecting and depositing parking fees at UPT Kepanjen can run more effectively and transparently, and provide an optimal contribution to regional income.

Abstract

The covid- 19 pandemic that has swept across the globe including Indonesia is now a serious problem and must be given immediate solutions in a normal new age society immediate solutions in a normal new age society would have been much more protective by applying the physical of chisels or by continuing the health protocols promoted by governments as well as by building a return to the habit of washing hands and wearing masks. One of the vegetable markets in the repay village of Bantur district is one of the many places through which communities will have a high risk of growing the virus. The objective of this enhancement is the distribution of masks and the use of hand sanitiums to revive the community community to maintain health protocol. Wearing masks and hand washing with soap diligently is one way to prevent the spread of virus in the saffron village’s saffron, the reflexively germination of research using a qualitative method with an approach to literature.
