Abstract

The means of transportation in the present day is an important need for human.Untuk support human mobility of today is high then the necessary means of efficient and adequate transportation. This is supported by the desire of people to have a cheap means of transportation, lively, and economical. In addition, it can accommodate daily activities. In particular, this study discusses the purchase of Honda Supra X 125 CW Astra Motor Siliwangi motorcycle.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product and price innovation on the purchase decision of Honda Supra X 125 CW motorcycle. This type of research uses quantitative methods with research type eksplanatory research, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this research are buyers and users of Honda Supra X 125 CW Astra Motor Siliwangi with the number of samples taken is 95 respondents by Slovin method. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. In this research is assisted by computer program to process data that is SPSS.Based on the results of the study note that partially, product innovation and price have a strong relationship strong enough to the purchase decision. This is indicated by the results of multiple correlation coefficient test of 0.490. Significantly, the variables of product innovation and price have a positive effect indicated by the value of F arithmetic bigger than F table that is equal to 15,291> 3,952.Suggestions that can be given are PT. Astra Honda Motor should make changes to the body of Honda Supra X 125 motorcycle to look fresh and keep up with the times. Also consider the price to be more affordable or at the same price with the addition of features and technology on the Honda Supra X 125.

Abstract

Nowadays, cafe has become one of the most promising business run by businessman and could attract people’s interest alongside with the modern lifestyle, especially for adolescents and adults to enjoy their products or even just hanging out with friends. Generally, cafe gives nice atmosphere on its room, unique concept, and modern which basically different compare by restaurants. Social media also has big contribution through market their products and cafe’s room pictures or gain endorsement to interest people easily. One of cafe in Semarang that still exist until now is Cafe Stove Syndicate. This research has its aim to determine and measure the effect of service quality, price, and product diversity to customer satisfaction. This research is an explanatory research and the technique of collecting data used is non probability sampling with the approach of purposive sampling and incidental sampling, and collecting data by using questionnaire as its instrument. The amount of samples that had taken is 100 respondents. This research apply quantitative analysis, with validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple and multiple regression test, significance of t test, and significance of F test using SPSS for Windows 21 Version The result of this research shows that service quality, price, and product diversity have significant and positive impact to customer satisfaction. According to the analysis, service quality has the amount of 18,4% impact contribution. Price has the amount of 22,8% impact contribution, and product diversity has the amount of 19,4%. Simultaneously, service quality, price, and product diversity have the amount of 35,1% impact contribution to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The lifestyle of women at this time demands to pay more attention to appearance, for that skin care is very important for everyone. Moreover, to overcome various complaints that cause problems on the skin that can reduce beauty, then everyone needs the right product and care. The clinical need for beauty in the community, makes the beauty business grow rapidly and compete with each other. One of the beauty clinics that still survive today is Gracia clinic Semarang. This study aims to determine the effect of prices, image brands and service quality on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is explanatory research and the sampling technique uses non probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method, the technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents in the city of Semarang. This research uses quantitative and qualitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression tests, significance of t test, and F test with SPSS for windows version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that the price variable, brand image and service quality have a strong and positive influence on Gracia Skin Clinic purchasing decisions. Service quality and price variables show 0.651 that the relationship between the two variables to purchasing decisions has a strong relationship. The price variable in the determination test (R square) shows that 45.7% affects purchasing decisions so 54.3% is influenced by other factors. Brand image variable in the determination test (R square) shows that 44.2% influences purchasing decisions so 55.8% is influenced by other factors. The service quality variable in the determination test (R square) shows that 87.6% influence purchasing decisions so that 12.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The need for communication is a very important thing for every community without exception. To support high human mobility at present, telecommunication facilities are needed that support the activities of working in daily life. This is supported by the desire of the community to have adequate and supportive telecommunications equipment in all lines. Strategies that can be carried out in the form of lifestyle, brand image, and word of mouth so as to encourage increased decision to purchase OPPO Smartphones. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling method, the sample used in this study are students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Diponegoro University who use and have used OPPO Smartphone. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The collection uses SPSS program assistance, which previously used validity test, reliability test, cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, significance test (t test and F test). Measurement scale using Likert scale. The results showed that all variables in this study had a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. This is indicated by the results of the multiple correlation coefficient test of 0.780. Significantly, lifestyle variables, brand image, and word of mouth have a positive effect indicated by the calculated F value greater than F table that is equal to 49.77> 2.70. The advice that can be given is that OPPO Smartphones should be able to continue to provide better quality or quality in the future, increasing the attractiveness of consumers in using OPPO Smartphones, and increasing the impression that OPPO Smartphones are suitable for use.

Abstract

PT. Metec Semarang is one of the foreign owned companies in Tanjung Emas Semarang bonded area, which is engaged in the manufacture of equipment and equipment Vending Machines (Automatic Sales Machine). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job training, work motivation and work environment to work productivity of employees of production PT. Metec Semarang. This type of research uses quantitative methods with research type eksplanatory research, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Population contained in this research that is employees of production of PT. Metec Semarang with the number of samples taken is 100 respondents with Slovin method. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test, and F test. In this research assisted by computer program to process data that is SPSS. Based on the results of the study note that job training, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee work productivity, either partially or simultaneously. The independent variable that has the greatest influence on the use decision is the work environment variable. As for suggestions that can be given that remains consistent and provide a variety of job training so that employees are more enthusiastic to follow pelaithan work given the company, provide more intense motivation both morally or materially, maintain and improve the security, comfort and cleanliness of the work environment at PT . Metec Semarang.

Abstract

Along with outgrowth the times that demands compliance the needs and needs of service users for package delivery, PT Pos Indonesia Johar Market Semarang City needs to do a marketing strategy, namely by improving the quality services offered by the company, pricing according to the services offered by the company, and the corporate image which will make service users make service usage decision. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and corporate image on service usage decisions of PT Pos Indonesia Johar Market Semarang City. This type of research is explanatory. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling technique with the type of sampling used are incidental sampling and purposive sampling. The number of samples taken is 100 respondents who have made service usage decisions of PT Pos Indonesia Johar Market Semarang City. This research is testing using statistics with the help of IBM SPSS version 21.0 system. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on service usage decisions by contributing 42.9%, price has a significant effect on service usage decisions by contributing 36.6%, and corporate image has a significant effect on service usage decisions by contributing 47,4%. While the rest is influenced by other factors besides service quality, price, and corporate image. Based on the calculation of the F Test shows that service quality, price, and corporate image significant influence on service usage decision.

Abstract

Tahu bakso is a culinary made from tofu and processed beef or chicken from Ungaran. Tahu bakso Ibu Pudji is the first and the famous one who sells tahu bakso in Ungaran. This research is motivated by decreased sales target from Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji. The purpose of this study aims to determine the influence of price and product quality as x variable to loyalty as y variable trough satisficationas z variable.The type of this research is an explanatory research, used non-probability sampling to 100 samples which were consumer of Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji used purposive sampling and accidental sampling. This research used simple regression, and multiple regression as analysis methods, using t test as a hypothesis instrument and Sobel Test as mediator instrument. This research used SPSS Version 16.0 as measuring tools. The result shows that price has positive influential of 0,167 to satisfication with t test 2,119. Product quality has positive influential of 0,144 to satisfication with t test 3,629. Price and product quality has positive influential of 0,145 and 0,137 to satisfication with f test 8,637. Satisfication has positive influential of 0,752 to loyalty with t test 12,419. Price has positive influential of 0,245 to loyalty with t test 3,333. Product quality has positive influential of 0,155 to loyalty with t test 4,150. Price and product quality has positive influential of 0,222 and 0,145 to loyalty with f test 14,651. By the result of Sobel Test obtained between price to loyalty trough satisfication is 2,074 sum y p-value is  0.03800632. Between quality product  to loyalty trough satisfication is 1,674  sum y p-value is 0,09406403. Between quality product  to loyalty trough satisfication is 1,674  sum y p-value is 0,09406403. The writer suggest that the company should continue to provide a more affordable price and improve the product quality, so that the customer will continue to become a loyal customer. Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji should continue to deliver satisfication to its customer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to the employee’s performance of PT Askrindo (Persero) Branch Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research. Sampling technique using sensus sampling technique. The number of samples taken as many as 33 respondents, which are the employee of PT Askrindo (Persero) Branch Semarang. In this study assisted by IBM SPSS 21.0 system. The results showed that work stress influence the employee’s performance by contributing 77.7% while the rest is influenced by factors other than work stress. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) influences the employee’s performance by contributing 44.9% while the rest is influenced by factors other than Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Meanwhile, simultaneously and work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) influence to employee’s performance by donating 78.5% while the rest influenced by factors other than work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Based on the calculation of Test F shows that there is a significant influence between work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to employee’s performance. This means the lower the work stress and the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the higher the employe’s performance of PT Askrindo (Persero) Branch Semarang. In addition, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has the most dominant influence with regression keofisien value of 0.125. Suggestions in this research is to decrease the work stress of employees improve the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employee and the awareness, so it can improve the employee’s performance.

Abstract

Nowadays there a lot of new businesses that offering services, one of them is  washing shoes sevices. Today's shoe washing services are much more modern. This business exists, is inseparable from the consumptive nature of the society for his interest in the type of kats or sneakers. Seeing the enthusiasm of the community for their interest in caring for shoes, it makes a business opportunity for business people to start businesses in this field. Clean Your Shoes is a pioneer in shoes care and washing services in Semarang. There are several factors that influence the choice of consumers to buy a service, including service quality, price, and word of mouth. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and word of mouth on the decision to use Clean Your Shoes services (case study on service users of Clean Your Shoes in Tembalang, Semarang). This type of research is explanatory research. The sampling techniques used are incidental sampling and purposive sampling. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents, who are users of Clean Your Shoes Tembalang, Semarang. The research that is used to determine the effect of service quality and price on purchase decisions will present statistics with the help of IBM SPSS version 21.0. The result of this research shows that service quality affected the decision to use services by contributing 57.1%, price affects the decision on the use of services by contributing 43.2%, and word of mouth affects the decision for the use of services by contributing 34.2%. Whereas, service quality, price, and word of mouth simultaneously influence the decision to use services by contributing 61.82%. While the rest is influenced by other factors besides service quality, price, and word of mouth. Based on the calculation of the F Test shows that there is a significant influence between service quality, price, and word of mouth on the decision to use the service.
