Abstract

Brand image and product quality is an element that can influence purchasing decisions. PT.Yamaha Bahana Tegal is a company engaged in the marketing of Yamaha brand motorcycles. Ifconsumers have a good impression or positively impact brand image and product quality of aproduct then it will affect a high purchasing decisions by consumers. Strengthening brand imageand good product quality is also used companies motorcycle to win the competition.This type of research uses explanatory research, with a population of 85 respondents whouse and buy Yamaha Mio motorcycle in 2014 PT. Yamaha Bahana Tegal by way of random.Data were collected through a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Methods of dataanalysis used correlation, simple regression, multiple regression using SPSS.This study concluded that the brand image and product quality influence on purchasingdecisions, either partially or stimultan. The variable quality of the products have a greaterinfluence than the variable brand image.Suggestions can be submitted to PT.Yamaha Bahana Tegal is preferably often remindingconsumers to serve when it entered the time, adding features in the latest such answer backsystem to facilitate the user when it is a public parking lot, adding cubical centimeters on enginecapacity in order machines do not heat quickly and the durability of the machine awake

Abstract

Telecommunication that researcher works at consists of 4 companies. In the last four years, the average price of sub sector of telecommunication shares in the period 2013-2016 has increased but if we look at the stock price obtained by each company, we will see that there are companies in the sub sector of telecommunication continues to decline stock price during the period 2013-2016. The condition of stock price which has been decreasing is the concern for the researcher to review the financial condition of the telecommunications company. This type of research is explanatory research, with population that can be studied in 4 companies sub sector of telecommunication. The data source of the research is the secondary data obtained not direct. The data types used in this research are time-series data and cross section data or often referred to as panel data. Methods of data analysis used classical assumption test, correlation, determination, simple regression, multiple regression, and significance by using SPSS application. The result of research stated that ROA and ROE have an effect on stock price, which means that if ROA and ROE increase, stock price increases partially. While CR and DER have no effect on stock prices. Testing simultaneously shows CR, DER, ROA, and ROE have an influence on stock prices. If CR, DER, ROA, and ROE increase, then stock price increases as well. Based on this, the researcher suggested that sub sector of telecommunication’s company pays attention to indicator on CR, DER, ROA, and ROE to increase stock price. So that investors are interested to invest in the company.

Abstract

CV. Cendana Motor Sukorejo is one of the official Honda dealer in Sukorejo. Over the last 5 years of sales, HondaVario had fluctuating movement. In 2013, Honda Vario sales amounted to 133,36%. But in 2014, Honda Vario haddecreased to 39,23%. This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of brand equity (X1) andpromotion (X2) against the purchase decisions (Y) Honda Vario motorcycle in CV. Cendana Motor Sukorejo. Thistype of research is explanatory research, with a population that is all consumer who purchase and use of HondaVario motorcycles. The sample used in this research as many as 100 respondents with techniques of sampling useda purposive Sampling method. Data collection technique on this research using interview and questionnaire. Dataanalysis technique using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test andF test with the tools SPSS 16.0. The result of this research shows that brand equity variable has significant effect tothe purchase decisions of Honda Vario motorcycle 52,4%. The promotion variable has also significant to thepurchase decisions of Honda Vario motorcycle 34,9%. Brand equity an promotion variable have effect to thepurchase decisions 53,1%. According to the result of this research, inferential that the customer perception aboutbrand equity and promotion in the strong category and the purchase decisions has significant effect. So, thecompany suggested to strengthen brand equity and increasing marketing strategy especially sales promotion ofHonda Vario motorcycle.

Abstract

Purchasing decission is the goal that every company have to reach. As the new product, Yamaha Mio M3 125 Blue Core should to concern every factors which can drive the purchasing decission. The type of research is explanotory research with 76 respondents which calculated using purposive sampling technique. Instrument data collection technique is by questionnaire and interview. Data were analyzed using liner regression analysis by SPSS 23 For Windows.This research concludes that product has a positive and significant influence on puchasing decission. Product explained the purchasing decission at 11,4%. Price has a positive and significant influence on puchasing decission. Price explained the purchasing decission at 4,2%. Promotion has a positive and significant influence on puchasing decission. Promotion explained the purchasing decission at 18,8%. those variabels can explain 25,6% variabel purchase decision.Based on the results of this concluded that consumer perception of product quality, price, and promotion are in good category. Meanwhile, purchasing decisions Yamaha Mio M3 is high. So companies are advised to keep creating good products and competitive so as to attract the hearts of consumers. In addition, the company also can fix the things that can increase the positive perception of consumers. Among them are to improve product quality and increase promotional activities more interesting.

Abstract

One of the sources of funds obtained by the company comes from the sale of shares. Stock price changes up or down from time to time and it is caused by various factors. This research aims to test the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) against the stock price on the building construction sector sub companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015, either partially or simultaneously.The data used in this analysis is the reference point secondary data in the form of annual report and financial report published by IDX. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression.Results of the study stated that the CR, DER, ROA, ROE and EPS effect significantly to stock price. And simultaneously there was significant influence between CR, DER, ROA, ROE and EPS against the stock price on the building construction sector sub companies amounting to 72,7%, while the rest of 27,3% is explained by other variables that are not incorporated into the model.Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested that the building construction sector sub companies to keep their financial performance which includes CR, DER, ROA, ROE and EPS so that stock prices rise. For investors who want to invest in stocks, should pay attention to the factor of EPS, because this research on EPS provide the most powerful influence on the price of the stock.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing of competition among the competitors of hospitality service company. There are several complaints from Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang employees regarding organizational culture, work environment and compensation. These problems affect employee performance which can be seen from the decline of performance appraisal results in 2013 and 2014 of Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang as much as 5 departments.The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment and compensation to employee performance. The type of this research is an explanatory research, the sample collecting technique is purposive sampling technique and 110 samples as respondents with data collection technique using questionnaires and interviews. This research used simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation analysis, t and f test, which is supported by SPSS 16.0The result of statistical research shows that organizational culture variable, work environment and compensation have positive influence to the employee performance of Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang. The employee perceptions of organizational culture variables are very good, work environment variables are quite adequate and the compensation variable is very good, then the employee performance variable is quite good.Based on the result of the research, the researcher suggested Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang to always maintain the organizational culture, improve and maintain the quality of work facilities that was available, develop and maintain the compensation system in Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang.
