Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Productivity at PT. Agro Muko RMO Mukomuko. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 46 employees in the palm oil production division. The sampling technique of this study was to use saturated sampling in which a total population was sampled as many as 46 employees. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research hypothesis test shows that the Work Environment and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a significant effect on work productivity at PT. Agro Muko RMO Mukomuko where the calculated F value (9.833)> F table (3.21). While partially Work Environment variables significantly influence Work Productivity where the value of t arithmetic (2,664)> t table (2,014) and Organizational Culture variables significantly influence Work Productivity with t arithmetic (2,454)> t table (2,014). The results of the coefficient of determination of R Square is equal to 0.314. This means that Work Productivity can be influenced by 31.4% by the independent variable Work Environment and Organizational Culture. While the rest (100% - 31.4% = 68.6%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Work Productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sosial Media dan Lokasi Usaha Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi Kasus UKM Batik di Kota Jambi). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para penjual/pedagang kain batik yang berada di Kota Jambi yang berjumlah 97. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Istilah lain dari sampel jenuh adalah sensus. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sosial Media dan Lokasi Usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha.

Abstract

The title of this research is the effect of Information Quality and Trust on Purchasing Decisions on the Lazada Marketplace. This research aims to determine the effect of Information Quality and Trust in Purchasing Decisions on the Lazada Marketplace. The study was conducted in December 2021 – February 2022. This research sample is a Lazada Marketplace consumer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Students at the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu with the number is 150 people. The sampling technique is probability sampling. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24 for windows. Based on the results of multiple linear regression obtained the following equation form: Y = 6,350 – 0.679 (X1) – 0.288 (X2). The results of the study and hypotheses in this study show that the Quality of Information (X1) and Trust (X2) have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions (Y) on the Lazada Marketplace in the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu environment..

In his business practices, entrepreneurs experience problems in the field of sales, namely the existence of various competitors who have already existed and already have a branding name that is well known in the wider community. To develop its business, the RJ Bengkulu City Decline Gallery uses Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis, where this analysis can maximize existing strengths and opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats that a business has and also use a marketing mix strategy or more known as the 4P, namely product (product), price (price), place (place or distribution channel), and promotion (promotion). Research Methods : This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach to analyze the situation objectively regarding the strategy undertaken by Gallery RJ Decline in Bengkulu City in developing its products. The informants of this research are the business owners of the Bengkulu City RJ Gallery and their employees, accompanied by direct observations of the spaciousness. Research Results : Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of Gallery RJ's marketing strategy, the decline in the City of Bengkulu, which can be seen in table 4.2 above, the internal conditions have a total strength with a total score of 12 which shows strengths are greater than weaknesses with a total score of 0. While the external has total opportunities with a total score of 7 where the opportunity is greater than the threat which has a total score of 4. This indicates that Gallery RJ Decline in Bengkulu City has strong internal conditions and external opportunities. Conclusion : The marketing strategy of RJ Gallery, Bengkulu City, in developing its business already has good internal conditions and strong external opportunities.

Abstract

Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada WOM Finance Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 responden, yaitu karyawan WOM Finance Bengkulu. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menilai signifikansi dan kekuatan hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara bersama-sama, Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada WOM Finance Bengkulu. Model regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 6.422 + 0.373(X1) + 0.646(X2), yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit pada Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja akan meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan masing-masing sebesar 0.373 dan 0.646 unit. Kesimpulan ini menegaskan pentingnya kedua faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sehingga organisasi perlu memperhatikan dan mengoptimalkan gaya kepemimpinan serta strategi peningkatan motivasi kerja untuk mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik.
