<![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this research is to: 1) Determine the operational cost of vehicles (BOK) of public transportation routes Bombana Kendari, as well as matters that affect the amount of these costs, 2) Determine the level of comparison of vehicle operating costs with revenue of public transportation routes Bombana Kendari and 3) Calculate dynamic load factor for public transport vehicles on Bombana route.Research results conclude that: l) Distribution of Vehicle Operating Costs is divided into three (3) types of financing, namely fixed costs, variable costs, and other costs, 2) Fare box ratio (F. BR) is the ratio between income and costs vehicle operations that occur with the operation of one vehicle under normal conditions. The FBR obtained for Bombana Kendari route is 1.51 (Avanza), 1.48 (Rush), 1.61 (Panther), and 3) The number of public transports of Bombana-Kendari route in 2017 is 27 vehicles, and those that operate routinely amounting to 20 vehicles, the level of passenger service for public transport Bombana-Kendari route is already convenient, this is indicated by a dynamic loadfactor that is less than 1. Dynamic load factor (dynamic LF) = 0.343 (dynamic LF> l). Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk, 1) Menentukan biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK) angkutan umum rute Bombana Kendari, serta hal-hal yang mempengaruhi besaran biaya tersebut, 2) Menentukan tingkat perbandingan biaya operasional kendaraan dengan pendapatan angkutan umum rute Bombana Kendari, dan 3) Menghitung load factor dinamis untuk kendaraan angkutan umum rute Bombana kendari. Hasil Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa : l) Pembagian Biaya Operasional Kendaraan di bagi dalam tiga (3) macam pembiayaan yaitu biaya tetap, biaya tidak tetap, dan biaya lain-lain, 2) Fare box ratio (F.B.R) adalah perbandingan antara pendapatan dengan biaya operasional kendaraan yang terjadi dengan dioperasikannya satu kendaraan pada kondisi normal. FBR yang didapat untuk rute Bombana Kendari sebesar 1,51 (Avanza), 1,48 (Rush), 1,61 (Panther), dan 3) Jumlah angkutan umum rute Bombana-Kendari pada tahun 2017 adalah 27 kendaraan, dan yang beroperasi rutin berjumlah 20 kendaraan, tingkat pelayanan penumpang untuk angkutan umum rute Bombana-Kendari ini sudah termasuk nyaman, hal ini ditunjukan dengan loadfactor dinamis yang kurang dari 1.
