Abstract

Abstrak: This study was conducted to analyze the quality level of customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Population of this study are customers of PT. Bank Negara Indinesia (Persero0 Tbk in 2014 amounting to 25.500 and 10% of the population sample of 100 respondents. The sampling based technique incidental. Data were collected through a questionnaire while using data analysis techniques importance performance analysis (IPA). The results showed that most customers are quite satisfied with the services given PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Seen from the results of testing the level of customers satisfaction with the method importance performance analysis (IPA) there are seven attributes that go into quadrant A ( top priority) which means considered important by customers but not maximum or unsatisfactory.Key words: Customers Satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)

Abstract

Abstract: KUD is a cooperative business of department population and area the country side. KUD Luber Mukti Jaya is the rural economy and the role of subsidized distributor as a fertilizer. This research aimed at KUD Luber know how to increase its role the income, constraint members of the increasing income, and KUD what is the solution to solve the problem. Using research is a qualitative data and technical this collection conducted in an interview that and the observations. The population of this research is 145 person. The drawing of sample is purposive sampling with the number of land that have been adjusted to member of the members who have 1 hektar. The new formula is based on the calculation of Slovin with 5 % of the level of error. After doing the calculations of sampling was 86 reponden. Research shows that KUD Luber has a role to enhance its earnings and revenue could be seen from the analysis of this member. Income from analisi be higher than before being a member. Facing constraint KUD Luber to enhance income the member several members of the member that does not participate in the training education carried out by KUD Luber, and the problem is in the distribution of any fertilizer. A solution used KUD Luber to overcome the problem of absence of members by doing approach with groups and to delay fertilizer solution the board kud luber obliged to provide stock in KUD Luber for the next three weeks.Keywords : The role of KUD Luber, income members

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation to employee performance of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk MTC Branch Giant Panam Pekanbaru. The research was conducted at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk MTC Branch Giant Panam Pekanbaru in May to July 2015. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The study population numbered 63 people. Sampling based Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling and data collected through a questionnaire, sample amounted to 54 people. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale for the independent variables: financial compensation (X) and the dependent variable: employee performance (Y). The data analysis technique used is a simple regression. Based on analysis of data that has been described that test the influence of financial compensation (X) on employee performance (Y) that produce significance 0.000 <0.05. Showed a significant difference between the financial compensation variable (independent variable) on employee performance variable (dependent) PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk MTC Branch Giant Panam Pekanbaru. If the greater the level of compensation provided by the company, the employee's performance will increase. Thus, the financial compensation variable give significant effect on performance variables as indicators of each variable is applied properly. So it can be concluded that the financial compensation accounted for 45.3% of the performance of employees of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk MTC Branch Giant Panam Pekanbaru while the remaining 54.7% is influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: influence, financial compensation, employee performance
