Abstrak: Permasalahan ini disebabkan karena terdapat kesulitan bagi siswa dalam memahami materi selama proses pembelajaran. Minimnya media yang digunakan, mengakibatkan pembelajaran berjalan tidak optiomal. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan media diology water cycle pada materi IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pengembangan model Borg and Gall dengan 7 tahapan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Analisis data menerapkan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjek uji coba melalui penilaian ahli konten materi, ahli media pembelajaran, ahli desain instruksional, dan siswa kelas V SD. Hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa; 1) hasil validasi ahli media mendapat nilai sejumlah 136 (90,6%) sehingga dikategorikan sangat valid; 2) Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh nilai sejumlah 65 (86,6%) sehingga dikategorikan sangat layak; 3) Hasil survei karakter Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P4) diperoleh presentase sejumlah 74,7%; 4) dan nilai rata-rata pretest (64%) dan posttes (82%) mencapai peningkatan sejumlah 18%. Hasil ini disimpulkan bahwa produk media diology water cycle ini layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas V SD. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat membantu siswa dan guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran IPA khususnya pada materi siklus air di kelas V sekolah dasar.Abstract: This problem is caused because there are difficulties for students in understanding the material during the learning process. The lack of media used, resulting in learning that is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to develop a water cycle diology media on natural science material. This study uses a Borg and Gall model development design with 7 stages. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis applied quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The test subjects were assessed by material content experts, instructional media experts, instructional design experts, and fifth grade elementary school students. The results of data analysis obtained that; 1) the results of the media expert's validation got a score of 136 (90.6%) so that it is categorized as very valid; 2) The results of the material expert validation obtained a score of 65 (86.6%) so that it was categorized as very feasible; 3) The results of the character survey of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening (P4) obtained a percentage of 74.7%; 4) and the average value of pretest (64%) and posttest (82%) reached an increase of 18%. These results concluded that the diology water cycle media product is feasible to be applied in science learning in fifth grade elementary school. The implications of this research can help students and teachers in overcoming the problems of learning science, especially on the water cycle material in grade V elementary school
