To improve service excellence, full-time workers must pay attention to their performance. It is a quality work ethic and high performance that is needed by the Church to achieve a high quality of service. A very significant role in realizing performance is ourself, if a full-time worker in a church has a high Christian work ethic then he can have a positive influence on those around him. Full-time workers who have noble thoughts about their work can work with full trust, sincerity, responsibility and do everything as for God. This study aims to conduct a theoretical test of the influence of the Christian work ethic on the performance of full-time workers at the Secretariat of the Indonesian Bethel Church Tabgha Batam. To test the effect of the Christian work ethic variable on performance, multiple linear regression analysis was used by distributing 92 questionnaires to full-time workers. After analyzing the results obtained R square 0.387 with a significance <0.05, which means that work ethic has a positive influence on performance of 38.7%.

This study aims to describe the history and profile of the Tabgha Family Church Alma Jaya in Malaysia, the background before starting church planting in Malaysia, building partnerships with local churches until the formation of the Tabgha Family Church Alma Jaya. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, using the snowball technique with heuristic steps through observation, interviews, study of documents and determination of informants, data analysis, field observations, interviews with witnesses and historical actors, and focus group discussions. Data analysis by interpreting documents and information obtained in the field. Interpretation and discussion in the form of a description. The results of the data analysis show that the early entry of the Tabgha Family Church was born from a vision received by Pdt. Hanny Andries during a prayer and fasting movement for two years, from 1998 to 2000, the entry and development of the Tabgha Alma Jaya Family Church applied the model of cooperation with the local church with the characteristic of building friendship. The pattern of approach that stands out in outreach is to make the congregation feel at home and part of the family. The characteristics of the ministry of the Tabgha Alma Jaya Family Church are Prayer Strengthening, Worship Praise and the development of cell groups and the empowerment of the lay congregation.

Skills in using technology facilities and applications are indispensable in the preparation of research journals and dedication to lecturers at the Tabgha Theological Seminary of Batam, especially for journal publications that meet publication standards. The use of the right application is an effort made to meet the above standards, therefore Tabgha Theological Seminary Batam uses the tools available in the Mendeley application. In this service, the method applied is by holding Mendeley application training which contains an introduction to the Mendeley application and its benefits, installation steps on lecturer computers, installation on Microsoft Word, application of citations and bibliography. The result of this training is that lecturers can optimally use the Mendeley application so that they can present journal publications that meet predetermined standards and templates. The results of the Community Service questionnaire initially found that only 25% had Mendeley installed; 12.5% already have a Mendeley account and 12.5% are able to use Mendeley in various research reports, and after training 100% of the lecturers have installed, have an account and are able to use the Mendeley Application proficiently.

Faith development after the corona virus pandemic-19 has proven to help the congregation to improve inward relationships with themselves. Faith that has grown can develop through the process of fostering faith, both in the family, the Church and in society. Faith coaching helps the congregation live their faithful life in a close relationship with God so that they gain meaning from the experiences of everyday life. The experience of personal relationship (relationship) with God is expected to motivate participants to be actively involved in their lives as members of the church in worship and manifested in the behavior of daily life. In the context of the church faith formation takes place in the context of worship, fellowship, teaching and service. Meanwhile, in the light of Bible teachings, all service activities in the church should be planned, directed to guide the congregation to experience coaching (learning) activities. The method used is faith development after the coronavirus-19 pandemic with the theme "rise to be victorious" to the congregation at the Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Batam church. All stages have been carried out properly supported by high congregational participation.

Marriage is the first institution God creted on this earth. Communication is a very vital factor in a healthy marriage between man and woman as they together build a Christian family. Communication after a couple has just gotten married gives them many challenges as they try to fit their lives together, with each coming from different background and having different expectations for how they will live and work together. Even after several years of marriage they still need to have open communication between them. They need to learn about healthy ways of communicating with each other. A harmonious marriage is usually marked by good communication between husband and wife, because through good communication a husband and wife can know and understand their partner. This study uses quantitative methods based on quantification in data collection and analysis to test the established hypotheses. Conducted at the Indonesia Tabgha. Church is very evident This method can be said to have succeeded in realizing them that a marriage becomes a strong marriage, if both the bride and groom make careful and thorough preparations. Careful means both have the ability to anticipate various things that will arise from the marriage. Mature in the sense that both of them are willing to work together in growing enthusiasm, comfortable, willing and without coercion at all in entering the gates of Christian marriage.Following up on the results of the study, the researcher proposes several programs and it is hoped that these proposed programs can be a solution in improve marital harmony at Bethel Church of Indonesia Tabgha Batam.

This paper aims to understand the important role of lecturer certification in improving the performance and professionalism of lecturers at the Tabgha Theological College Batam. Lecturer performance is the output of the process carried out by the lecturer through work presentations, work implementation, work achievements, work results and work performance. Lecturer certification is a relevant instrument for assessing the professionalism of lecturers in order to determine the eligibility of lecturers, protect the teaching profession as agents of learning in tertiary institutions, and improve educational processes and outcomes to support the realization of national education goals. Lecturer performance can be seen from his enthusiasm in carrying out the duties of higher education tridarma assigned to him. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches by collecting data through surveys, interviews, and document analysis related to preparation for lecturer certification. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable insights for other higher education institutions in an effort to improve the quality and professionalism of lecturers.

Abstract The aim of this research is to find out about creative economy counseling for socio-economic changes in the Muara Takus Batam community to map economic opportunities from the creative industry which is part of the creative economy as well as employment opportunities. This research is research in the form of field research or field research is a type of research. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data in this research comes from primary and secondary data. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the community at the PkM location. Data analysis in this research uses the Miles and Huberman model which suggests that there are three activities in qualitative research, namely reduction, data display and conclusion drawing or verification. The research results obtained in the implementation of community empowerment through the creative economy development program in Kampung Seraya where the stages of community empowerment outreach in developing the creative economy are not optimal in accordance with the goals to be achieved, problems in empowerment are not yet optimal, such as the lack of knowledge possessed by human resources. creative economy, quality production and innovation and can have good selling value in the marketing process. There is a lack of awareness among community members, especially those who manage the creative economy, to take part in programs implemented by the Batam city government in training and empowering the creative economy. The inhibiting factor in community empowerment efforts lies in the community itself because participation is still very lacking so that maximizing existing human resources is less than optimal. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the discipleship model and intergenerational mobility on changes in character and social interactions among generation Z children at GBI Tabgha Batam. This research is research in the form of field research or field research is a type of research. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data in this research comes from primary and secondary data. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the community at the PkM location. The research results obtained in the implementation of discipleship and intergenerational mobility on changes in character and social interaction at GBI Tabgha Batam enable Gen Z children to have better character and also in their social interactions, building relationships through intergenerational discipleship is one of the models. ways that can be implemented so that relationships become more active and will influence character changes and better social interactions. This success is determined by other interesting activities that can support increased relations and mobility between generations. The inhibiting factor in efforts to maximize this is the previous generation's lack of understanding of this matter, the school environment and the home environment of generation Z
