Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in make-to-order-based printing services. In MTO-based companies, forecasting can be used to prevent unfulfilled consumer demand and inventory. The purpose of this study is to obtain the best forecasting results using the double exponential smoothing method based on the smallest MSE value and verify the forecasting results using the tracking signal method. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it is found that the double exponential smoothing method with parameter value =0.2 was chosen because it has the smallest MSE value of 5712904.8. forecasting results for the next 3 months, namely January to March 2022, have increased successively by 5491, 5724, 5956. Forecasting using double exponential smoothing with parameter value =0.2 is still within the tracking signal control limit, namely (±4).

Abstract

In preventing work accidents in every work activity, it is necessary to look at the causes of hazards and risks that may be caused by the work. In this research, the hazard operability study method is applied to assist in finding the cause and determining the adverse consequences and actions that can be taken to reduce the impacts and risks that have been identified in the process of delivering fuel oil at PT. XYZ. There are two variables studied, namely likelihood and severity. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Observational data collection method is done by direct observation to the work area to get the actual data needed in this research. Interviews were conducted directly with safety officers at the company. After identification, there are 24 potential hazards that can cause work accidents. The highest risk level is 46% in the high risk category and the extreme risk level is in the fuel delivery process with the hazard source being road conditions. Improvement refers to the hierarchy of hazard control namely elimination, administrative controls and personal protective equipment.

In this study, the hazard identification risk assessment method was applied to identify potential hazards that might occur in the process of sending fuel oil and evaluating it byassessing the risks of potential hazards that arise based on the risk matrix in the process of sending fuel oil at PT. XYZ. The two variables studied are likelihood and severity. The techniques used in data collection are observation and interviews. Observations were made by observing the work area to obtain the actual data needed in the research and interviews were conducted with the company's safety officers. After identification there are 24 potential hazards that can cause work accidents. The highest risk level value is 46% in the high risk category and the extreme risk level value is in the fuel delivery process with hazard sources in road conditions. Hazard control refers to the hierarchy of occupational safety and health, namely elimination, administrative controls and personal protective equipment.

Abstract

Salah satu program Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) adalahmeningkatkan Perekonomian keluarga, anggota PKK dan Masyarakat.Dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga tersebut PKK perumBluru mempunyai program kebersihan dan keasrian lingkungan. Programkebersihan itu berupa program bank sampah dan pengolahan sampah menjadipupuk organic. Untuk keasrian lingkungan dilakukan dengan penanamantanaman obat keluarga dan pembuatan beraneka ragam produk makanan danminuman dari hasil tanaman toga tersebut. Program pengabdian masyarakatini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan ibu ibu dalam membuat kuedan pelatihan digital marketing sehingga produk pupuk organic dan makanandapat meningkat penjualannya. Metode yang digunakan dengan melakukanpelatihan digital marketing serta membuatkan desain kemasan untuk produkpupuk dan makanan serta minuman. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwapelatihan dapat meningkatkan ketrampilan ibu ibu dalam membuat kue danmeningkatkan pengetahuan tentang digital marketing. Diharapkan pelatihanini dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk melalui pemasaran di media sosialyang akhirnya akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, anggota PKK danmasyarakat Bluru Kidul
