Abstract

The function of proselytizing is not just advocacy, but proselytizing is basically a change in society. The movement for change cannot occur while in its place, but it must be managed properly and appropriately, requiring professionalism from missionary actors, especially those who work in missionary institutions. The Prophet (pbuh) showed great seriousness and concern in managing his vocations in Mecca and Medina. After a deeper study with the approach of management theory, it was found that the Prophet Saw. had carried out his proselytizing by applying management principles. Rasulullah Saw. as the leader of the people, has the ability to compile his proselytizing plans and strategies, he has been able to mobilize and motivate the companions during his proselytizing so that the entire Arabian Peninsula can accept the presence of Islam.

Abstract

The efforts to empowering families in Kondangjajar Village through this community development workshop program aim to increase religious awareness in Kondangjajar Village, especially for vulnerable teenagers aged 13-17 years. Collaborative cooperation between families, communities and local government in creating religious awareness among teenagers in Kondangjajar Village is an important thing to do. This community service was carried out in Kondangjajar Village, Cijulang District, Pangandaran Regency in August 2023. The method used in this service is the participatory action research (PAR) method, where this method focuses on colaborative problem solving between academics, the community and the local government. Problem identification is carried out qualitatively. The problems found are created on a priority scale and discussed by the service team, community leaders and the local village government to design the service program that will be implemented. The results of the service found that efforts to empowering families through community development workshop programs in increasing religious awareness in Kondangjajar village were able to provide strengthening for the community.

Abstract

Paradigma kognitif client centered merupakan salah satu paradigma yang memanusiakan manusia terdapat hal yang positif dalam paradigma ini yang dapat diadopsi dalam dunia pengajaran. Sebab dalam paradigma kognitif client centered, Rogers menyampaikan bahwa terdapat motivasi pada orang yang sehat yaitu aktualisasi diri. Artikel kali ini akan mengambil sisi positif dari paradigma kognitif client centered tentang pengakuan terhadap kemampuan diri individu yang dapat dikembangkan dalam pendidikan islam yang tidak menyalahi aturan dalam pendidikan islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode library research yang berkaitan dengan kepustakaan, baik berupa buku atau sumber catatan dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Berdasar hasil kajian tentang paradigma kognitif client centered ditemukan bahwa; Setiap manusia memiliki kebutuhan dasar akan kehangatan, penghargaan, penerimaan, pengagungan, dan cinta dari orang lain. Kebutuhan ini disebut need for positive regard, yang terbagi lagi menjadi dua yaitu conditional positive regard (bersyarat) dan unconditional positive regard (tak bersyarat). Terdapat lima sifat khas seseorang yang berfungsi sepenuhnya (keterbukaan pada pengalaman, kehidupan eksistensial, kepercayaan terhadap organisme sendiri, perasaan bebas, kreativitas). Paradigma kognitif client centered terdapat hal yang positif yang memberikan kemudahan untuk memahami seseorang dalam dunia pendidikan dan dapat dikaji dengan kacamata islam yang pada akhirnya membuka wawasan dalam berpikir.
