Abstract

The coil type heat exchanger is one of the important parts in the process of transferring heat from the exhaust heat to the water. This coil type heat exchanger has not been widely used in combustion exhaust gases. Heat transfer from gas to water in the coil is carried out by conduction and convection along the exhaust. The heat received by the water in the coil will change the liquid phase into steam and then the water vapor will naturally move to flow in the heat exchanger. The volume of water in the coil is half of the volume of the coil heat exchanger pipe. From the results of my research and simulations, the water in the water tank can be heated up to 82 oC. This heat exchanger is able to transfer heat from the hot water coming out of the heat exchanger in the exhaust into the water in the water tank (shell) as much as 2 liters. The final result of the calculation required a heat flow rate of 158.13 Watt.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) sebagai X1, dan variabel Brand Image sebagai X2 terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian sebagai Y. Dengan rumusan masalahnya yaitu: (1) Apakah Electronic Word Of Mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian? (2) Apakah Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian? (3) Apakah Electronic Word Of Mouth dan Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian? Penelitian dilakukan pada pelanggan coffee shop Misbar yang ada di Kota Tasikmalaya. Data diambil dari pengunjung harian coffee shop tersebut. Sebanyak 63 responden untuk dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu; Uji Instrumen (Uji Validitas dan Uji Reabilitas), Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, dan Uji Heteroskedastisitas), Uji Hipotesis (Uji T dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Dengan dibantu software IBM SPSS, menghasilkan kesimpulan yaitu variabel Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan variabel Brand Image berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara bersama-sama kedua variabel berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain an overview of the influence of transactional leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable in car variations in Jambi City and to find out whether there is a mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of leadership on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique uses Structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS program. The results show that transactional leadership and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a mediating role.
