Abstract

Economic growth in various sectors including the sub-sector of industry, trade and the development of information technology, robotics, computerization and other automation has encouraged the transfiguration of information technology in the accounting world, making the education system in the world of education move quickly and efficiently. This chain then has an impact on vocational learning in Indonesia. Students in the era of society 5.0 must qualified friendly with technology related to accounting in the industrial revolution era 4.0 is like software or accounting robots and big data. Based on initial observations, it was found that 100% of class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Garut had never operated Android-based digital bookkeeping. To promote the applied profession of society 5.0 , it is necessary to conduct training on android-based accounting applications. The purpose of this service is to increase understanding in recording, presenting, and reporting financial statements that are faster, more precise, and accurate in order to equip students to enter the world of work. The method of activity consists of the stages of preparation, initial observation, program implementation with lectures and practical simulations directly on students using accounting software Accurate Lite. Simulation of bookkeeping practices in trading businesses is carried out by creating a business database, recording purchase and sales transactions, accounts payable and receivables, recording expenses, inventory and bank history and presenting reports. The results obtained are 89% of students are able to operate the bookkeeping system using Accurate Lite and present financial reports according to the provisions.

Abstract

An economy that is oriented towards a system of feasibility based on security and convenience is the basis for economic actors to compete with each other to provide the best options for partners. This system involves the standardization value shown. Therefore, geographical/regional factors must be carried out and studied more broadly, on the impact on the related industrial sector. One of the economic industrial sectors that is still active in the agricultural sector in the Bogor area is One Home Farm. the purpose of this study is to determine the level of correlation between the variables price, location, and facilities whether they have enough effect on the intention to visit One Home Farm. The flow of this research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach, in which the results of calculations and processing of SPSS data are translated and studied further with the support of a literature review. Based on the simultaneous test results obtained F count = 8.981, with a p value of 0.000 0.05, in accordance with the above conditions means the hypothesis states that simultaneously the independent variables (price, location and facilities) have a significant effect on the decision to visit One Home Farm. The results of the study also show the percentage value of the visiting decision variable by the independent variable (coefficient of determination) which is indicated by the value. Adjusted R Square (R2) of 0.406. in this case it can be interpreted that the decision to visit can be explained by price, location and facilities of 40.6% while the remaining 49.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas santri Pesantren Al-Qudwah Tasikmalaya dan ibu-ibu Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Desa Cikalang dalam bidang agropreneurship dan literasi keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan observasi, perancangan modul, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan pengemasan produk pertanian menjadi kemasan premium dengan label “Produk Santri Al-Qudwah” yang lebih higienis dan bernilai jual tinggi. Selain itu, literasi keuangan peserta juga meningkat, ditandai dengan kemampuan menggunakan buku kas sederhana dan meningkatnya kesadaran risiko finansial seperti pinjaman online dan judi online. Kegiatan ini bermanfaat dalam membentuk ekosistem kewirausahaan hijau berbasis pesantren dan desa, memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi keluarga, serta mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs).

Abstract

Absorption of SMK graduates in the world of work is said to still beproblem crucia lTeFa learning at SMK Negeri 1 Garut by producing products/services resulting from student learning and the use of products/services by the community. Competence  in Accounting and Financial Institutions (AKL) of SMK Negeri I Garut is still transforming towards the implementation of TeFa learning. The research methodology used includes a population consisting of students involved in TeFa, TeFa administrators, and educators. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations and focus group discussions; and this research is a descriptive study using the SWOT analysis method and risk management review on the TeFa component. The results of the study indicate that the development TeFa learning uses a strength-opportunity of approach with moderate risk analysis results. The implication of implementing the (Strength-Opportunity) strategy is to accelerate the implementation of TeFa learning and have the impact of producing according to market

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a web-based E-Voucher system to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency at PT Hutama Karya (Persero). The study addresses the limitations of the existing Microsoft Excel-based system, particularly data entry errors, the absence of change history, and inefficient monitoring of outstanding liabilities. This study employed an applied research approach using the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology. The system was developed following the Waterfall model. Data were collected through observations, structured interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The application was developed using the Laravel framework with MySQL as the database management system. Functional testing was conducted using Black Box Testing, while system effectiveness was evaluated using the PIECES framework. The developed E-Voucher system successfully integrated voucher management into a web-based platform featuring user management, voucher recording, automatic timestamp logging, document generation, and PDF printing. Black Box Testing confirmed that all system functions operated as intended, while the PIECES evaluation indicated improvements in performance, information quality, control, efficiency, and service compared with the previous manual process. The proposed system provides a practical solution for improving liability administration and reducing manual processing errors in the finance division. However, the findings are limited to a single state-owned construction company and may require further validation before being generalized to other organizational settings. This study contributes by designing and implementing a web-based E-Voucher system specifically for voucher payable management in a state-owned construction enterprise. The integration of digital voucher management, automated audit trails, and comprehensive system evaluation provides a practical reference for future digitalization initiatives in accounting information systems.
