Abstract

DVOR is a navigation tool that is often used by an airport, because it is easy to maintain and easy to use. It is not only airports that use these navigation tools. The Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic has used DVOR and is used as a learning facility for cadets. DVOR that is used must have supervision from both the user and the serial computer, because there is no DVOR remote monitoring available, and only one monitoring is using a serial PC, the researcher wants to make a design that can be done remotely. The purpose of this design is to create a monitoring system for one of the navigation tools, namely the Doppler VHF Omnidirectional Range with the Intel NUC which can be accessed via a web server-based smartphone to make it easier for users to monitor the tool. Intel NUC is one of the tools that has a processor as a monitoring system. Remote monitoring of DVOR parameters and no need to enter the laboratory room, can be anywhere and anytime because DVOR monitoring can be done through the Android application.

Abstract

Currently PERUM LPPNPI Yogyakarta use paper-based logbooks in recording and managing maintenance data. There are 2 types of logbooks, logbook technicians and logbook equipment. The equipment-specific logbook is still divided into a number of equipment owned. Every day for the purposes of recording and processing maintenance data, at least a technician must fill out and process more than 10 logbook. This is very inefficient and tends to be wasteful, especially waste paper because each logbook is only valid for 1 month. This web-based and database E-Logbook was created using 4 collaborative applications Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Apache and MySql. This E-Logbook application has 2 main features, namely a technician logbook and an equipment logbook. In addition, in this e-logbook there is equipment data that displays all equipment along with their specifications and conditions. Then there are additional features that are useful for giving announcements and assigning tasks to individual technicians. The E-Logbook work system is supported by hosting with 30GB of storage memory and 1Mbps bandwidth. With these specifications and existing designs, the result of the E-Logbook can replace the conventional Logbook function. Not only replacing it, E-Logbook can increase efficiency because it is paperless, has high security, is easy to use because it can be accessed anywhere and anytime through any device such as Smartphones and PCs.

Abstract

Abstrak E-logbook teknisi dan history peralatan sebagai metode untuk pembuatan e-logbook teknisi dan history peralatan dengan menggunakan teknologi terbaru yaitu aplikasi data pengecekan dan history peralatan navigasi berbasis ip address sebagai pengganti buku manual yang dinilai lebih interaktif dalam menunjang kinerja teknisi.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah memudahkan teknisi dalam mencari berkas-berkas yang dibutuhkan, dan Memudahkan teknisi dalam mengisi logbook harian, logbook teknisi dan history peralatan. peneliti menggunakan metode waterfall. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara Pengujian fungsionalitas bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon sistem terhadap perintah yang dilakukan dengan menguji sistem pada halaman Home, E-Logbook, History Peralatan, Data Fasilitas serta seluruh tombol dan tools pada web apakah sudah sesuai dengan activity diagram yang telah dirancang, dan didapatkan hasil setelah melakukan proses hosting web dapat menyimpan informasi, gambar, video dan konten lainnya yang dapat terhubung ke server tempat website yang tersimpan dan dapat mengakses file yang dikirim ke komputer dan dinilai layak dipergunakan untuk data unit teknik perum LPPNPI Jambi.
