Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of motor vehicle testing retribution receipts and their contribution to increasing local revenue (PAD) in Dharmasraya district. This research uses descriptive methods with quantitative approaches, data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used refers to the theory and formula for effectiveness and contribution. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the acceptance of motor vehicle testing levies from 2016-2020 fluctuated or fluctuated. In 2016 the criteria for effectiveness were less effective, and in 2017 the criteria for effectiveness were quite effective, and in 2018 the criteria for effectiveness were quite effective, and in 2019 has ineffective effectiveness criteria. And in 2020 it has very effective effectiveness criteria. and the contribution of motor vehicle testing levies to local revenue In Dharmasraya Regency, the contribution levels from 2016-2020 are all classified as very less contributing, because from 2016-2020 the percentage of contribution to motor vehicle testing levies is below 10%. In 2016 the percentage of contribution was 0.41%, in 2017 it was 0.36%, in 2018 it was 0.43%, in 2019 it was 0.38% and in 2020 the percentage contribution was 0.39%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to analyze the effect of investment,  human development index and labor on the economic growth of West Sumatra in the 2010-2019 period. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely panel data consisting of time series data over a period of ten years, namely 2010-2019.  The method used for sampling  this research using saturated  sampling. This study uses the SPSS program  version 23. Based on the hypothesis  testing  carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the results Y = 20.139 +0.001 X1 - 0.208 X2 - 0.017 X3 at a significance level of 0.05 on the three variables, with an investment value of tcount 0.774 <ttable1,943, sig value 0.468>  0.05 indicates  a positive  direction,  HDI tcount  -3.360>  t table 1.943,  sig value 0.015 <0.05 indicates  negative direction, and Labor tcount 0.774 <t table 1.943, Sig value 0.58>  0.05 indicates  Negative  direction,  the results  of this study prove  that partially  the human development index has an effect on economic growth, while the investment and labor variables have no  effect  on  economic  growth.  The  results  of  simultaneous   research   on  investment,   human development  index,  and  labor  have a significant  effect  on economic  growth  with tcount  5,137> ttable 4,76, sig value 0.043 <0.05.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi internet telah menggeser pola interaksi masyarakat, dari yang sebelumnya berlangsung tatap muka hingga lebih banyak diperantarai oleh platform digital. Interaksi ini tidak hanya mencakup aktivitas sosial, namun juga hingga merambah ke aktivitas ekonomi. Indonesia menjadi negara yang pengguna internetnya sudah sangat akrab dengan perkembangan ecommerce. Tidak terkecuali oleh Perempuan pelaku UMKM di Nagari Tandikek Selatan. Namun, optimalisasi ruang-ruang digital oleh pelaku UMKM karupuak jariang di nagari ini belum maksimal. Olehnya, program pengabdian “Pemberdayaan Perempuan Melalui Pendampingan Promosi Digital Produk UMKM Karupuak Jariang di Nagari Tandikek Selatan” dilaksanakan dengan metode partisipatif. Tujuan program pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu Perempuan pelaku UMKM dalam melebarkan ruang penjualan karupuak jariangnya ke pasar digital. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai November 2023 dengan tahapan pelaksanaan pre-program, program, dan post-program dengan kegiatan spesifik yang berbeda namun saling menunjang satu sama lain. Program pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 18 perempuan dari 9 jorong. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini, adalah logo produk, bantuan pengemasan produk, dan pendampingan dalam membuat akun di ecommerce untuk masing-masing UMKM.
