AbstrakSalah satu kegiatan administrasi penting yang berkaitan langsung dengan hubungannya dengan masyarakat dan kelembagaan adalah pengurusan perizinan yang berkaitan dengan fungsi Dinas Sosial Provinsi Aceh. Administrasi surat-surat ini sangat penting bagi perkantoran dalam menunjang hubungan antar instansi. Saat ini sistem pendataan dan pembuatan izin kegiatan masih dilakukan dengan cara yang kurang efektif, masih dilakukan secara konvensional dengan menulis langsung menggunakan aplikasi pengolah kata. Permasalahannya, cara ini masih menyisakan kelemahan yaitu pengguna masih harus menyimpannya dalam bentuk file, dan membutuhkan waktu untuk mengakses atau mencari dokumen surat-surat sebelumnya. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi pembuatan izin kegiatan pada kantor Dinas Sosial Provinsi Aceh berbasis Web sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Proses pengujian sistem menggunakan metode white box testing dan black box. Dinas Sosial Provinsi Aceh berhasil membangun sistem informasi untuk mengeluarkan izin kegiatan sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini, yang menghasilkan formulir untuk pejabat, lembaga, surat, dan isi surat. The administration of these letters is very important for offices in supporting relations between agencies. Currently, the system for collecting data and making permits for activities is still being carried out in an ineffective manner, it is still done conventionally by writing directly using a word processor application. The problem is that this method still leaves weaknesses, namely the user still has to save them in the form of files, and it takes time to access or search for documents of previous letters. In this study, the aim was to build an information system for making activity permits at the Aceh Provincial Social Service office based on the Web as a solution to overcome these problems. The system testing process used in this study uses white box testing and black box methods. The Aceh Provincial Social Service office successfully established an information system for issuing activity licenses as a consequence of this research, producing forms for officials, agencies, letters, and letter content.Keywords: Information System, Letter, Permits, Web

ABSTRACT. The lack of enthusiasm of breeders in broiler duck farming is due to the large cost of feed with more quantity compared to chicken. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize the use of feed fermentation technology to utilize local feed raw materials that are around to reduce these costs. Community service activities held with the USK Charity House aim to introduce a way of fermenting duck feed to minimize weaknesses in traditional feeding. The participants were attended by lecturers from the livestock department of Syiah Kuala University, lecturers from the Serambi Mecca University, charity house volunteers, students, and duck farmers in Tanjong Deyah village who received benefits from the 1000 ducks program. The activity was carried out using lecture methods, question and answer, and the practice of making fermented feed. Materials are obtained from shops that sell poultry needs. The output of this activity is that duck farmers are able to ferment feed on local feed ingredients to improve feed quality and time efficiency in providing duck rations. The conclusion is that duck farmers are enthusiastic about participating in a series of events, because there are many benefits received in the socialization of fermented feed.

Perubahan iklim global yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya variabilitas suhu permukaan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap sektor pertanian, terutama di wilayah tropis yang sangat rentan terhadap anomali iklim. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya sistem prediksi yang akurat untuk mendukung perencanaan pertanian berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model prediksi suhu permukaan berbasis Artificial Neural Network (ANN/MLP) serta membandingkan performanya dengan metode Regresi Linier Multivariat (MLR) sebagai baseline. Data meteorologi yang digunakan meliputi suhu permukaan (T2M), kelembapan udara (RH2M), tekanan udara (PS), radiasi matahari, dan curah hujan. Model ANN dirancang dengan lima neuron input, dua hidden layer beraktivasi ReLU (64 dan 32 neuron), serta satu output neuron untuk memprediksi suhu permukaan. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metrik R², RMSE, dan MSE pada data uji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ANN/MLP memiliki performa lebih baik dibandingkan MLR. ANN mampu menjelaskan 89% variabilitas data dengan nilai R² = 0.89, serta menghasilkan RMSE = 1.05 °C dan MSE = 1.10 °C², sedangkan MLR hanya mencapai R² = 0.71, dengan RMSE = 1.82 °C dan MSE = 3.31 °C². Visualisasi perbandingan prediksi memperlihatkan bahwa distribusi hasil ANN lebih dekat dengan nilai aktual dibandingkan regresi linier. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis ANN/MLP efektif untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi suhu permukaan pada variabilitas iklim tropis. Implementasi model ini berpotensi mendukung pertanian cerdas iklim (climate-smart agriculture) melalui penentuan kalender tanam yang lebih tepat, efisiensi pengelolaan irigasi, serta mitigasi risiko gagal panen akibat suhu ekstrem
