Abstract

Covid-19 cases in Bali in the period October to November 2020 experienced an increase which could cause hospitals to experience an increase in demand for health services. Hospitals are one of the most important departments during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a health service agency, the hospital must provide quality services to all levels of society who visit. In realizing optimal public health services, hospitals need a system that supports services to the community. In carrying out the Covid-19 test, the patient registers at the admission, the Nakes (Health Personnel) enters the patient's identity manually using the Microsoft Excel application. In the registration process, there are often discrepancies in the patient's name, date of birth, address and telephone number as well as other identities due to input errors. The large number of patients who register to do the Covid-19 test makes the Nakes (Health Personnel) take a long time, the time required to collect the data is 10 minutes and results in a queue buildup. To overcome this, applying Optical Character Recognition (OCR) can make it easier for Nakes (Health Personnel) to register and input KTP / KIS data automatically, thereby reducing patient data collection errors. Seeing this problem, from this research, a website was built by applying Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and the development method used was the Waterfall method and the suitability of the system built was tested using the black box testing method. This system gets a percentage of 79.4% which means both from admin and doctor respondents, and gets a percentage of 92.8% which means very good from user respondents (patients).

Abstract

XYZ Cooperative is engaged in credit business by providing loans to its members. Loan activities provided by the XYZ Cooperative, members can borrow and return money guaranteed by mutual agreement between the management of the cooperative and the borrower without having to pay fines when late in making installment payments. The problem that occurs in determining loan eligibility at the XYZ Cooperative is that the assessment in determining loan eligibility still only gives a decision whether or not a loan is appropriate, without taking into account the percentage value of loan eligibility. The decision support system is an alternative in determining a decision making that can produce solutions to assist cooperatives in determining eligibility more quickly. In determining the eligibility to provide loans to members using the decision-making method, namely the ELECTRE Method. There are 5 stages in this study, namely Data Collection, Criteria and Weight Analysis, Electree Method Calculations, System Implementation, and System Testing. As for this study using 6 criteria, namely collateral, income, loan amount, installments, active members and age. The results of testing the system using the blackbox testing method, which shows that the system built is capable of running well and producing output according to the design. And for the results of the comparison of the results of calculations on the system and the results of manual calculations, it is found that the results of the Electre method calculations have obtained the same results.

Abstract

Currently, the trend is that the number of children with autism spectrum disorders (autism) is growing in Indonesia is showing an increasing number and a wider spread, not only in urban areas but also in villages and remote areas. Early and intensive treatment and choosing the right method will make a difference for children with autism to achieve behavior that is appropriate to the child's age. The method of handling autistic children is often called an intervention or a treatment that is repeated. Intervention or therapy is carried out at a child autism center or service. Based on the research team's search for autism service centers (PLA), there are approximately 20 autism and disability service centers in Denpasar. Autism service centers usually have therapy services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and aquatic therapy. At this time, the use of smartphones has become a way of life for almost all levels of society. People are used to using Android smartphones to communicate through social media. In general, these smartphones have not been utilized optimally for productive activities. This research will discuss an Android-based application that was developed to assist administration services to PLA in the form of data collection on children with autism. The system development method used is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method. RUP is a software engineering method developed by collecting various best practices in the software development industry. The system to be built has 2 actors, namely the PLA admin and parents as users. The PLA admin is in charge of managing administration such as child data, therapy data, therapy schedules and history of therapy results. Based on the calculation results from the Likert scale, the authors conclude that the level of user satisfaction in terms of benefits ranges from 88.5% which is in the satisfied category, in terms of effectiveness it is obtained 91.1% which is in the very satisfied category, in terms of interface it is obtained 86.5% which is in the very category satisfied and in terms of content, it was found that 89% were in the very satisfied category.
