Abstract

The data processing results are commonly displayed in a dashboard with various graphic visualization forms to deliver new knowledge easier to understand by users. However, many data analysis dashboards cannot communicate the knowledge effectively and efficiently given the unsuitable design implementation. Therefore, research to measure the interface display's effectiveness in the data analysis system is deemed necessary. This research proposed a scenario modification in the usability test with a user story approach to measuring the system interface display in delivering the information to users. The approach of a usability test with the user story is expected to be capable of helping the researcher in understanding the user habits indirectly. There were 20 participants to validate the proposed method. Participants were asked to use the system and answer several questions to develop their user experience. After developing user experience for each user, the System Usability Scale (SUS) was conducted. SUS score results obtained from this research was 75.25. Besides, the researcher also measured the understanding level among the users using questionnaires. The questionnaire results were converted into numbers and resulted in a mean value of 91.8. Those two values indicate the users' ability to use the system well and obtain the new knowledge displayed in the data analysis dashboard.

Abstract

This service is entitled Socialization and Training on the Use of Inventory Applications for Optimizing Goods Inventory. The problems faced by partners include; First, (1) There is no socialization and training on the Inventory application, (2) Difficulty in making accurate customer demand forecasts. The output targets in this program are (1) application of services carried out by providing socialization and training, (2) Providing knowledge of proper and accurate inventory management. The service program is carried out in 2 forms; First, (1) socialization and training on the use of inventory applications. In using the inventory application, the training was carried out in 4 meetings. Every meeting there are training activities and socialization of the use of inventory applications to partners. Second, the design of the Nyong Group sales transaction inventory application. Second, activities and knowledge about optimizing inventory. These training sessions are conducted with partners and employees. The implementation of this program is designed in four stages of activity, namely: (1) Coordination and preparation stage (2) Training stage (3) Science and technology implementation stage (4) Evaluation & Mentoring Stage.

Abstract

Banking services using mobile banking applications, including Indonesian state bank (called BRI). A study on feedback regarding BRI services based on mobile applications was done. In order to compete with other banks, that is used to enhance and modernize the quality of BRI services provided to clients. Based on phenomena that occur in these situations. This study aims to classify comments from users of the BRI Mobile Banking Application on Google Play services into positive and negative comment sentiments. In this study, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) technique is utilized to determine between positive or negative reviews. The sentiment analysis of BRI google play data was carried out by comparing the Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel function and the Linear kernel. As well as the experiment of adding feature selection, parameters, and n-grams for a period of two years, from January 1st,, 2017 to December 31st, 2018. The results of the study using the k-fold cross-validation test, the precision value of the SVM kernel linear is 90.80 percent and the SVM kernel RBF is 90.15 percent. In the RBF kernel, there are 1,816 positive classes and 1,455 negative classes. While the Linear kernel obtained a positive class of 1,734 and a negative class of 1,637.
