Abstract

Perumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: adakah pengaruh disiplin belajar dan cara belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Memahami Prinsip-prinsip Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Perkantoran kelas X SMK Widya Praja Ungaran secara parsial maupun secara simultan?. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi perkantoran berjumlah 91 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y= 27,618+0,323X1+0,392X2. Uji F diperoleh Fhitung = 71,074. Secara parsial (uji t) disiplin belajar (x1) diperoleh thitung = 3.321. Variabel cara belajar siswa (X2) diperoleh thitung = 3.921. Secara simultan (R2) disiplin belajar dan cara belajar siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 60,9%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah disiplin belajar dan cara belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Formulation of this research is: is there any influence learning discipline and learning on learning achievement Understanding Principles Implementation Office Administration class X SMK Widya Praja Ungaran partially or simultaneously?. This study population is students of class X Administrative offices totaling 91 students. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis, descriptive analysis of the percentage. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained by the equation: Y = 27.618 +0.323 X1 +0.392 X2. The F obtained Fhitung = 71.074. Partially (t test) disciplinary learning (x1) obtained thitung = 3321. Variable student learning (X2) obtained thitung = 3921. Simultaneously (R2) disciplinary learning and how learning affects students' learning achievement by 60.9%. The conclusions of this research is the discipline of learning and how learning affects the learning achievement either simultaneously or partially.
