Abstract

Layanan BK Karir bertujuan agar siswa dapat mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia pekerjaan maupun perkuliahan. Namun pada kenyataannya tidak semua siswa mempunyai keinginan besar untuk melanjutkan studi, terkhusus bagi siswa yang kurang mampu, karena terkadang masih banyak siswa yang tidak berminat melanjutkan studi dan memilih putus sekolah karena merasa kurang mampu.Berdasarkan realitas di atas, peneliti berusaha untuk menggali Efektivitas Layanan Bimbingan Karier Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Siswa Yang Tidak Mampu Untuk Melanjutkan Studi Siswa Kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Lohbener. Penlitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualittatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1. layanan bimbingan karier di SMA Negeri 1 Lohbener terdiri dari 5 tahap. Teknik layanan yang diberikan adalah melalui papan informasi, sosialisasi Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN), guru bimbingan konseling yang selalu memberikan layanan baik konseling individu maupun kelompok mengenai karier

Abstract

This paper was created to find out the implementation and effectiveness of career guidance services at SMA Negeri 1 Loh Bener so that we can clearly see how the role of counseling teachers plays in the careers of class XII students, especially students who can't afford it. The type of this research is field research using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The research technique used is data collection techniques and data analysis techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are 1. The career guidance service at SMA Negeri 1 Lohben consists of 5 stages as follows: a). Counseling teachers collect student data to find out whether or not students are interested in continuing their studies. B). Implementation of career counseling in which students will get questions about whether or not they are interested in continuing their studies, c). Counseling guidance teachers provide information via information boards containing lecture and job brochures, d). Counseling guidance teachers have the opportunity to enter classes to provide career information, e). Guidance and counseling teachers help students who are unable to continue their studies. 2. The effectiveness of career guidance services in increasing the interest of students who are unable to continue their studies has fulfilled the needs that students want, namely the existence of information boards, socialization of State Universities (PTN), guidance and counseling teachers who always provide services both individual and group counseling regarding careers , make students happy and get very extensive career information.

Abstract

This study aims to build a pharmaceutical drug inventory forecasting system at PT Barriz Santun Jayausing the Weighted Moving Average method and error accuracy using Mean Absolute Percentage Error(MAPE). The object of forecasting in this study is drugs that fall into the fast moving category or drugsthat sell faster. The results of the research conducted by the system can provide comparative informationbetween actual data and forecasting results, besides that the system can display the estimated druginventory in the following month and produce an error using MAPE, while the forecasting results fall intothe category of being quite feasible in predicting the stock of fast moving drug supplies at PT BarrizSantun Jaya because it has an average error value between 20% - 23%. In conclusion, it is necessary tocompare using other methods, in order to see the accuracy of the forecasting results, while the accuracy ofthe error results can be minimized by comparing through calculations in certain periods, until you get atotal weight that is considered appropriate for forecasting.Keywords: Forecasting, Pharmaceutical Drugs, Weighted Moving Average, Website.
